R37 Starting/Ending: 190/??? lbs
Date - Weight - Update
4/8 (Sun) - 189.6 - Saturday was pretty lazy. Hit the gym, but started cleaning out the fridge by eating through most of my leftovers, so I'm honestly surprised I lost weight as of Sunday morning.
4/9 (Mon) - 189.4 - Sunday was my cleaning day. Didn't track my meals too well, so I'm proud of myself for staying healthy. Workout this afternoon - about 600 cals.
4/10 (Tues) - 187.0 - Well, that's a WHOOSH if I've ever seen one. Ended up doubling my workout yesterday (1200 cals), so that helped, but definitely wouldn't have killed almost 2.5 lbs. Here's hoping that was just a loss of a bunch of water weight; Exercising in the afternoon - about 500 cals.

Round 36 SW: 183
Round 37 SW: 179.8

Ultimate GW: Under 150
Day/Weight/Comment
4/8 - 180.0 I always fluctuate a little bit, but as long as I'm fluctuating in this range, I'm happy!
4/9 - 179.4 Couldn't sleep, so I did my weigh in at 3:40 am
4/10 - 180.0 I'm fighting off a cold, and I tend to overeat comfort food (aka junk) when I'm sick. I'm really trying not to go down that path this time around. I was about 170 cals over yesterday, which I'm okay with. Also ate way too much sodium (chicken noodle soup) so feel bloated today. Just trying to fight off this cold because I don't want to use my PTO on sick days!

Hello! I'm back! I missed Round 36...we were on vacation and I didn't have a scale. Had a great time...some days walked 20k+ steps and some I slugged at the pool. Now it's back to routine and weighing and logging in daily.
SW March 2017 - 182.4
OGW - 145 - smashed this in October 2017
New GW - 140 - and some fitness goals on top of this as there are some family challenges we are planning for the summer and I want to keep up with my boys.
03/28 - 141.4 - weigh in the day we left on our trip
Day/Weight/Comment
4/8 - no scale
4/9 - 145.2 - not too bad...less than 4 lbs...the last 2 days spent blobbing in the car. I should see this come off pretty quickly with lots of hydration and getting back to my exercise routine...I put my work out gear on first thing this morning so no excuses.
4/10 - 144.2 - The first couple after vacation always come off easily...its the last few that are "real"....gotta keep working at it...

Funny how our perspective changes... Yesterday your weight got a "wow" today that same weight together with the amazing loss got a meh... I'm waiting with baited breath to know how the marathon goes? It's my ultimate target to run the Dublin one next October but I'm still struggling to get through c25k....
I think I just fell out the wrong side of the bed haha, that and I cannot wait to say I've lost 50lbs!! The Marathon isn't till October, so plenty of prep time, I am running Leeds Half Marathon Next month though, so hopefully that'll give me a good idea as to where I am. You can 100% do a marathon and c25k is a great place to start!4 -

I'm back. Took a few rounds off because weighing everyday and not seeing the scale move as fast as I thought it should was affecting me mentally. I know that the scale lies, but it was hard to not see the scale move at the rate I thought it should. Regardless of the scale my clothes are fitting looser and I'm getting stronger, so I am doing good.
Day/Weight/Comment
04/08 - 221.1 Had Chinese food yesterday. Went out for dinner tonight, so we will see what happens tomorrow.
04/09--221.1 Surprised weight didn't go up after last night's dinner. Working on getting water in today. Kettlebell tonight

Loving my new Keto lifestyle 8 weeks in but need to keep pushing forward. Physical Therapy for the ankle starts this week. Biz trip is at the end of this challenge. Didn’t log much during the last challenge. Goal this round bold 5-lbs drop below 190s.
Day/Weight/Comment
4/8: 194.4 totally off the rails had too much wine all weeked and hardly had water didn’t log
4/9: 195.2 just get back to the basics last two weeks I have’nt logged a thing
4/10 - 196.4 well I seem to be going the wrong way. I’ll need to log better. I find it odd that last week I had a glass of wine each night and lost almost lbs everyday. This week I choose to stick to the plan and I gain and gain… what the?

@puddlegoober - congrats on choosing Keto! Just be ready for the Keto Flu. It will be tough the first two weeks. You really need to food prep and plan to avoid downfalls those first two weeks. Once you tackle that you’ll find it pretty easy.5

4/8- 131.8- lowest I've weighed in in a while! Ran 8 miles, helped in-laws move, and did yard work, so it was a super active day. Meal prepped a smoked salmon quiche for my lunches this week.
4/9- 132.4- not surprised to see this fluctuation despite a healthy, active weekend... it's water-retaining time of the month for me, so I'll be carrying a little extra around until about Saturday
4/10- 132.2- I'm pleased with this. Planning to run four miles at lunch today

We all have those days, this whole thing is just so much about the psychology of eating isn't it?!
Ah... My bad! For some reason I thought you were doing London! I'm on a running challenge on this so all the marathons have me all confused! I've done a few 10ks but normally I train for the run then stop after running it!
I'm sure you'll hit the 50lbs in no time at all!4 -
