Yesterday was a lite day for me. For lunch I had a big salad with around 4 cups mixed baby greens, a cup of grape tomatoes and half a vidallia onion. For supper I had another cup baby greens, some avocado, and beets. I also had a bosc pear.1

I've has an Apple, banana, stir fry veg , strawberries and a bowl of salad with leaves, tomato, cucumber and onion.
I think that hits my 5 a day.
I try to get more in most days but that's today's list.0 -

Also ate 28g crispy broad beans, 20g shiro miso, 20g gochujang chile paste, all of which have some veggie content, but I don't know how to count it. (Maybe it doesn't count at all because it's "processed food"? (Joking! Just joking!))0 -
