Cauliflower makes me sad... I love it, but it's so dense! (when compared to broccoli)

Yeah, and that wasn't even the whole head! I was nice this time and shared a little. More often than not, I eat the whole thing myself.

On Sunday I often seek my calories is other arenas but I did have a small salad (let, tom, car, cuc, and sunfl seeds) with homemade dressing (largely vegetable based) and a fruit smoothie.

I wasn't completely remiss though I did made up a vinegar slaw to enjoy a few times next week. I adore partially pickled cabbage.

Today was not ideal. I had blueberries in my oatmeal, a banana after dinner. In my chicken and rice (dinner) it included some peas, olives, onions and peppers but not much. . I didn't eat very well today, went over my calories due to lara bars and a salami, cheese snack. Tomorrow is another day!

Yesterday, I got in to the Halo Top and CoolWay so I just had 2 green onions, a banana, broccoli, carrots and 2 celery stalks sprinkled throughout the day in between eating ice cream. :)

Today will be a bit better with raspberries, salad, Brussels sprouts, carrots & blueberries (more volume of each than anything I ate yesterday and "real" meals)

Been moving (which is basically all-consuming), so Sunday was smoothie with avocado, cucumber, kale, blueberries, strawberries (using up stuff), and then leftover pizza (had some olives, mushrooms, peppers, plus tomato sauce). Then yesterday was the two protein bars for breakfast (well, a protein bar and a Kind bar), and then Indian food (palak paneer) for dinner. So some vegetables, but not my normal, not even close. Today had leftover palak paneer for breakfast, but plan to get a salad for lunch and then actually cook tonight, yay!
