Well... Round 37 didn't go well for me. I did well but never logged anything! So, Round 38 here I come (with more determined intentions). This week my youth group is going on a trip, and it's my birthday... sooo... I'm not aiming for much (mainly maintaining).
Goals:
-reach this round's goal weight of 142 pounds
-drinks lots of water
-work out even if I feel like an unmotivated, lazy human
-run three miles
4/18: weighed in at 144 this morning! I'm feeling super good about my weight... though my workout-mojo is past gone. It was so, so hard to work out today... I wanted to run two or three miles but did a measly one. I'm planning on doing a home workout later; that's how bad it was. I don't know what is wrong with me! Food-wise today was alright... I made a resolution two weeks ago to have no processed sugar and today is my last day. The past two weeks were painful at times but absolutely amazing. I have been more awake and alert, and everything has been feeling fine. All except for today (yesterday was particularly hard in the workout area as well). I'm just going to have to push through it. Tomorrow's a new day, and today is still great. Hoping the upcoming days will go well.

Round 36/37 - Easter holidays - stalled.

4/18 - 138.6 - just had a massive chocolate blowout. Not the way to start the challenge.
4/19 139.2 - my head in not in the game - chocolate, ice cream, chocolate, biscuits etc etc

Realized I decided to do recomp & work to slow weight loss, but not really for any reason except “to prove I can maintain” & because I saw some posts on here to reduce rate of loss as one gets close to goal.
But my loss of some inches in the past week that honestly I thought wouldn’t ever happen (large bones etc) and the fact my wrists now measure in “medium frame” not large, has made me realize my GW will likely not be in high end of Normal BMI, but more in middle. SO I’m Not within 5 lbs of goal, so I’m redoubling my efforts to lose at least 4lbs a month.
The funny thing is I’ve lost 4.6 lbs in the last month & -0.2 in the last week, so I never did maintain as I thought I had.
The last time I was this weight was 12 years ago & before that *after* I dieted down to it for high school graduation.
This is uncharted territory, so it would make sense that I’m a little scared? Nervous? Curious?

4/18. I forgot to weigh in before getting dressed this morning. 9787 steps before 6:00 when I plugged in. I'm still treating myself to doughnuts and licorice this week, but won't replace them when they're finally gone. Not the most nutritious day but kept my total calories in an acceptable range.9 -

4/19: 109.7kg/241.8lbs – A step in the right direction! Nice 11km run this morning, changed up my route and it was very scenic, got my breakfast and lunch meal prepped and off to the gym tonight! Refraining myself from finding a beer garden after work despite this weather being so nice!
