@sarahthes - great pics! I’ve not done a trail race yet (or even a run!) but you guys are enticing me to try. But not sure there is any of it around Orlando. I’ll look!
@elise4270 - awesome to see you able to get even a little bit of running in! You win the patience award!
@pastorVincent - 1000 extra calories a day for running! Wow, I don’t think I could do that unless it was pure junk food. Of course next week you will need to carb load.
@kristinegift - sorry about your coffee shop closing. I'm sure it’s hard for little coffee shops to compete. :(

@ddmom0811 Oh I should clarify -- the coffee shop is thriving! The running store is closing. There are two running shops in our town, and we really only need one. It's weird because Pacers Running has been treading water for a while in Princeton, whereas in DC they are a force to be reckoned with with like four stores.

What great race and run reports! And I’m LOLing at the vaccination to trail running illness. Congrats to all!

@sarahthes Do it!! My sister and her husband live near Portland so we'd be combining it with a visit with them. I just need to convince my wife to go. That shouldn't be too hard.

It's a pretty small event, which I like. Just 250 runners for two races last year. Last year they had a 50M and a 50K, but this year it's a 50K and a 20M. Not sure why they changed.

    The photos here are amazing!

@7lenny7 It's really tempting. We will be out that way in late July; I'm going to suggest we do a day hike on part of the trail and then decide, since it looks like registration for next year should open around October? Plenty of time...
