I just found this challenge, so I'm going to go ahead and start today. I have been eating mostly keto for many months but am stalling and letting it creep back up. Thanks for having me.

I've been stuck losing and gaining the same 3 pounds for 2 months now. I am really hoping to finally break into the 140's soon.

I did my long run last night, and my muscles are a little sore so I think the gain may be water retention. I ate well yesterday, so Im not worried.

Haven't been posting here for a few rounds, and does it show.
Honestly, I had stalled in my efforts for a while around the holiday period and then I got bad at tracking after the new year. Job change (voluntary), adult children drama, unexpected trips were all contributors (a.k.a. excuses.) I had gained about five pounds back then BAM another five piled on in a matter of a couple weeks. When I stepped on the scale and saw I had crossed over 200 - which I said I would never do again - I knew it was time for daily weighing. I am still over 25 down from my start; this is the start to the next 25!

5/08 - 202.4 Can you guess who had a lot of salty food over the weekend? But no salt on my Margarita rim.
5/09 - 203.8 I hope this is a result of getting back in the chips and salsa and not drinking much water. So fun how dehydration makes you retain water (at least at first.) I feel bloated.

5/08 - 220.2 - Last week I was at 215.4 and I know a 5lb gain of fat is quite literally impossible. I had WAY too much fun over the weekend and it is definitely reflected on the scale today.
5/09 - 218.8 - Did good yesterday. Had a piece of homemade cheesecake BUT it fit into my calorie allowance, so it's all good in the hood.
5/10 - 217.6 - Ate well, but drank too much beer. Put me about 400 calories over my daily limit, so I'm surprised by the scale this morning. Back on track today, no alcohol for me tonight and going to try to come in under my calorie limit today.

This is my first round. I Started dieting last may lost 22 kg before desember. Then I stopped logging. Didnt gain before easter. And then I guess I just thought hey I have masterd this I can just eat without thinking because now I know what is enough. But I guess I was thinking more about what I was eating before easter because 5 kg jumped on so I am back to logging.

5/09 73.4 I am watching secret eaters. I am definetly a chop and pop and a grazer. But no worries I work in a kitchen so there is plenty of things that I can eat without beeing aware. I have a plate of fruit . Trying to grab that instead of cheese and choclate.
5/10 72.9 realising ten days is not to weeks. My goal is not really realitic. But hey I will get as close as i can. Loads of things happenings in this tread.

5/08 - 163.8 - A little bit of an increase but I was expecting it, I always gain a little when I don't drink enough water and the past couple days I haven't. Going to up my water intake today and get a walk in this evening. Wasn't able to walk yesterday like I wanted to, husband came home from work with a trailer full of mulch so I spent the evening weeding and laying mulch instead. Granted that's a work out of its own. Looking forward to this new round and getting that much closer to my ultimate goal weight.
5/09 - 163.8 - Been around this weight for quite a few days now so I'm hoping to see a drop soon. I've been getting well over my steps goal (10,000) the past few days and my food has been good, haven't been eating back any of my exercise calories. My water intake is down still though, for some reason I've been having a hard time drinking as much as I was which I find weird, you'd think I'd want to drink more as it's getting very warm out.
5/10 - 164.4 - Well crap! I wanted the scale to move and that it did but it went in the wrong direction... I think it's because I've been bad with drinking water the past few days, was a lot better drinking my water today though and my food has been good, even though I had to mentally slap my hand away from grabbing unhealthy snacks yesterday. Kicked myself out of the house so I wouldn't munch. I'm hoping this number won't stick around too long, fingers crossed. Getting a walk in this evening and and have a healthy dinner planned out.

5/08: 503.2- Highest I have ever weighed. I am hopeful with this new plan I am going to be doing. I'm also excited to join this forum for accountability.

5/08 – 63.3kgs – I know this is bloat from couple of days ago. But with better sleep last night, I’m ready to meet my macros and stick to my plan!

5/10 – 62.9kgs. No where near where I want to be. *sigh* I was hoping it was bloat-in fact I was certain it was bloat. But maybe its not? Worse comes to worse, I’ll just adjust my goals.
5/11 – 62.9kgs. Will definitely not be able to meet my mini goal of 62kgs tomorrow. I was depressed about this because I’ve worked hard the last few days. I was so convinced it was bloat because I was 62.2kgs last week. I even thought I’ll binge of junk today just because ‘whats the point?’. But I decided to measure myself to see if I’ve lost any cms. In the last 2 weeks, I may have only lost 200 grams but I lost 0.5cm from my waist and 0.5cm from my hips! So I’m still leaning out – its just not showing on the scales…

@curvyycaloriess, You are doing great! YOU are your own best advocate. Don't be hard on yourself for losing one pound or a fraction of a pound. Be happy about the good work and effort that you put into achieving that loss! You may not drop weight every day, but your body is going through significant changes that you can't weigh on a scale. Be diligent. Be determined. This is for YOU.12
