This is my first round. I Started dieting last may lost 22 kg before desember. Then I stopped logging. Didnt gain before easter. And then I guess I just thought hey I have masterd this I can just eat without thinking because now I know what is enough. But I guess I was thinking more about what I was eating before easter because 5 kg jumped on so I am back to logging.

5/09 73.4 I am watching secret eaters. I am definetly a chop and pop and a grazer. But no worries I work in a kitchen so there is plenty of things that I can eat without beeing aware. I have a plate of fruit . Trying to grab that instead of cheese and choclate.
5/10 72.9 realising ten days is not to weeks. My goal is not really realitic. But hey I will get as close as i can. Loads of things happenings in this tread.
5/11 72.4 Today I over ate. Had to go shopping for shoes to the little ones. We bought pizza itis so easy to eat my half of the pizza just out of habbit. Need to learn to leave food on plate when dinning out.

5/13 72.1 This is going along nicely. But yesterday post got weird. I hope this one turna out better.

5/8 - 193: Up again. Lasagna and garlic bread for dinner last night. Going to throw the workout regimen back into the mix. 21 days left until the Bahamas!!! Have already decided that I'm going to have to shop for clothes for this trip - last year's are too small

5/9 - 191.8: That's better! Very decent day yesterday that included leg workout and weights.

5/10 - My gnat's butt memory completely forgot to weigh this morning!

5/11 - 191.2: Had a good day yesterday. Not feeling it so much today and think I may see an increase in the morning when I do my official weigh-in. Just feeling bloated and ehhhh!

5/12 171 Both 5/10 & 5/11 were rough days... exercise was restricted and stress was high...but I’m back to pre-logging & can exercise again. All will be fine weight-wise; hoping for good medical outcome. “Carry on carrying on.”

Took a long uphill hike & felt great! AMAZING how much more FUN & PAINFREE hiking uphill is now without hauling 57.7 POUNDS up the mountain with me!! Must remember this.

Grateful for your hugs yesterday. I’m in a good place with food, exercise, sleep, and mind. Will know a lot more tomorrow.

I'm close to the UGW I set a long time ago, 145. I've realized for a while, I need to reevaluate and lose at least another 10 lbs but it will be so great to hit the first goal. I need to focus, though.

5/08 - 184 - Training yesterday, really stiff this morning.
5/09 - 183.8 - Leg day yesterday.
5/10 - 184.2 - Kind of feeling bloaty today. Training later this morning. I'll be glad when it cools back down to the 90s this weekend. Feels early to be around 105.
5/11 - 183.2 - And back down. Training yesterday,
5/12 - 182.8 - New low! It's just a nudge under 183 but I'll take it!
5/13 - 183 - Scale still acting weird (at one point read 187 which I don't even weigh at the gym with all my clothes and shoes on.)
5/14 - 184? - More scale shenanigans. But I do believe I'm kind of bloated from this weekend's food choices.

5/09 - 162.2 (Yesterday wasn't a fab day - not horrible, just not my best - and so I'm surprised to see it go down. No complaints though, lol.)

5/10 - 162.4 (Apparently we're just gonna hang out right around this weight for a few days. And I have a sneaking suspicion why.)

5/11 - 162.4 (Suspicion confirmed. Now to not let it get the better of me when deciding what to eat. LOL)

5/12 - 161.4 (Woot! Jumping down!)

5/13 - 161.4 (And thrilled with the steady weight, as we ate out TWICE yesterday.)

5/14 - 161.2 (Hooray, because I totally didn't consciously manage anything yesterday, as it was Mother's Day. My husband even made me a peanut butter pie - my favorite. I had to guess on the logging of that as I'm no baker. I also got a FitBit for mother's day though, so I'll be able to see if I should be at "sedentary" or "lightly active.")

5/08--219.7 Still water weight from lunch on Sunday. After the last round I now recognize that it can take my body up to 3 days to release water weight from excess sodium.
5/09--218.9 Going to kettlebell tonight.
5/10--219.1 Had a really tough kettebell workout yesterday and I was so busy at work that I didn't drink a lot of water. Got to get water in today.
5/11--219.1 Holding steady. Kettlebell tonight.
5/12--218.9 Sore from tough kettlebell workout yesterday. Working to stay in the 218's for the rest of round. Need to make sure to drink water this weekend.
5/13--219.7 HA! Ironic that when I just say yesterday that I want to stay in the 218's for the rest of the round my weight goes back up to the highest weight of this round. No more weight goals for me, I will just work at it day to day and let the scale do what it wants to do.
5/14--219.3 Had a lazy day yesterday. Got water in. Kettlebell tonight.

8/5 - 210 - gained after an indulgent bank holiday weekend! But had a lot of fun! Ready to lose it now
9/5 - 208.8 - still up 2lbs from last week, but already feeling better dropping some of the water weight from the weekend! Ready for a great day today and hopefully will get back down to 206.8 by the end of this challenge
10/5 - 206.6 - final whoosh after the weekend. Had a great day yesterday with my food, and I'm not feeling bloated any more today. I've been easing back into exercise with yoga each day, but need to step it up a bit for the rest of this challenge.
11/5 - 206.4 - really not sure what's going on, but I won't complain! Had a carb feast yesterday, after eating lower carb earlier in the week to try to get the water weight off, so I was expecting a gain on the scale. Maybe it will show later in the week, so I won't get too excited yet! Grateful to be part of this challenge and getting daily motivation from you all, thank you. Keep doing great!
12/5 - 206.6 - back up a little, but I’m not phased. I’ve been staying on track with my eating. Still need to up the exercise, but this is the first time in a while I’ve been consistently good with my eating, so I won’t be too hard on myself!
13/5 - missed weigh in. Ate out for brunch and dinner. Stayed within calories but both meals were high carb and probably lots of sodium
14/5 - 207.4 - gained a bit, that’s ok. Stayed within calories again today. Hoping to go back down again by the end of the challenge

5/13 137 I’m so proud that I did 10 days with no scale, unlimited food and even had a carb loaded day and maintained!
5/14 137.5 Expected, body needs to reacclimate to being on home turf. While we were gone it took almost a week for my system to adjust. This was much easier when I was younger!

5/08 - 163.8 - A little bit of an increase but I was expecting it, I always gain a little when I don't drink enough water and the past couple days I haven't. Going to up my water intake today and get a walk in this evening. Wasn't able to walk yesterday like I wanted to, husband came home from work with a trailer full of mulch so I spent the evening weeding and laying mulch instead. Granted that's a work out of its own. Looking forward to this new round and getting that much closer to my ultimate goal weight.

5/09 - 163.8 - Been around this weight for quite a few days now so I'm hoping to see a drop soon. I've been getting well over my steps goal (10,000) the past few days and my food has been good, haven't been eating back any of my exercise calories. My water intake is down still though, for some reason I've been having a hard time drinking as much as I was which I find weird, you'd think I'd want to drink more as it's getting very warm out.

5/10 - 164.4 - Well crap! I wanted the scale to move and that it did but it went in the wrong direction... I think it's because I've been bad with drinking water the past few days, was a lot better drinking my water today though and my food has been good, even though I had to mentally slap my hand away from grabbing unhealthy snacks yesterday. Kicked myself out of the house so I wouldn't munch. I'm hoping this number won't stick around too long, fingers crossed. Getting a walk in this evening and and have a healthy dinner planned out.

5/11 - 162.6 - There's the drop! Glad yesterday's weight didn't decide to stick around and hopefully doesn't reappear. Drank lots of water yesterday, got a 40 minute walk in while the kids had soccer practice and enjoyed my healthy dinner. Starting to plan weekend meals now so I don't ruin my hard work and and can meet my goal for this round.

5/12 - 160.4 - I don't know where these big drops are coming from but please continue! I've reached my goal at this weight but I'll wait a day or two and make sure it's going to stick around before I set a new goal for this round. Today's been good so far, lots of water, healthy breakfast and lunch but I have a wedding to go to tonight so hopefully I can resist some of the badder but oh so yummy foods. Hope to see a good number tomorrow by continuing good choices today.

5/13 - 160.4 - I'm expecting to see an increase in the next couple days as the food at the wedding was delicious (though I really didn't over eat and I stayed away from dessert) and the open bar was even better so I'm sure the mixed drinks but my over my calories limit. I did do some dancing so hopefully that burnt some of the drink calories off. I was thinking about setting a new goal but I think I'll just try to maintain this weight for the rest of this round. HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY to all the mothers on here!!

5/8 - 129.0 - Yesterday under calories, 40 minutes on elliptical, 10K steps.
5/9 - 128.8 - Yesterday a bit over calories, 8K steps. Having a hard time getting any incidental steps at work, so slammed I am just glued to my desk stressing for 9 hours straight ... did not work for me (or anyone else)
5/10 -128.8 - Yesterday over calories thanks to medicinal insomnia sugar in the middle of the night, other than that it would have been a reasonable day. 10K steps and got a walk at lunch.
5/11 - 128.8 - Yesterday under calories, super tired, to bed early and slept 9 hours yay!
5/12 - 129.4 - yesterday over calories with too much sugar after dinner

5/08: 503.2- Highest I have ever weighed. I am hopeful with this new plan I am going to be doing. I'm also excited to join this forum for accountability.
5/09: 501.8- I could have done a lot better. Today is a new day and I will continue to push forward but do even better than I did yesterday.
5/10 500.8- I think I am being a bit too hard on myself while wishing I had lost more than just a pound. I did so good yesterday and I am proud of myself for that. Let's do great again today!
5/11 500.6- I know exactly what happened- I did amazing all day long yesterday but for some reason right before I was about to go to sleep, I got so hungry. I ate over my calories by almost 900. It was healthy food but still, calories are calories. I'm ok with todays weigh in.
5/12 498.2- I’m very happy with this because I tried hard. This just proves I’m able to live a life I’m use to while losing weight. I went out to eat but counted calories and made sure not to go over.
5/13 No weigh in today because I only slept 3 hours. Plus I overate last night big time. Regret sunk in after it happened. It’s a vicious cycle having an eating disorder. Anyways, Happy Mother’s Day.
5/14 500.6- I wasn’t able to weigh myself yesterday and I let myself go a bit. Mother’s Day has always been a hard one for me. This just shows how quickly I can put on weight when I don’t pay attention to the scale or the food I’m putting in my mouth. I took an active decision to get back on track today. No weigh in tomorrow because I won’t be home tonight or tomorrow. Going swimming today!

8: 208.5... I'm down 7.4 pounds of water weight since I started a few days late last round. I'm feeling really good about being back on track!
9: 208.5
10: 209... Not bad considering the late, high sodium dinner and low water intake for the day.
11: 206.9... Did really well yesterday. Plenty of water, and I think drinking a homemade iced vanilla matcha latte every morning is helping with the weight release.
12: No weigh in today. Left home way too early in the morning for my daughter's soccer games over an hour away. I'm not off to a great start foodwise, but I don't feel the need to go overboard just because I've started out eating gas station food. I feel like that's a victory for me. I may end up a little over my calories, but I'm going to try not to.
13: 207.5... I'm guessing this is at least partially normal fluctuation. I've been on track with calories and water. I'm not concerned, especially because this weight is nearly a 3 pound loss this round already.
14: 207.9... I think I figured out the small upward trend. TOM in a day or two, and I always gain a little before and drop after it starts.
