    There is a whole thread that ceazyravr started on his cheese cakes there is 2 versions on this thread I book marked page 48 because it is version 2 and is hard to fine version 1 is at the beginning of the thread. both cheese cakes are great but version one has less calories than version 2, version 2 is a creamer taster in my opinion. He has a lot of good advise that should be headed. Cooking time is important to keep the texture creamy.

    PS actual time spent making this is minimal but you need to stick around the house for a while so you can turn down the oven in 30 minutes and remove and cool the cake 1 hour after that. a good timer is important to me

    I think it's flavored ice. Like snow cones but with low calorie flavorings instead of sugar.

    Vitamix or really good blender
    10-15 calories total
    Mocha Ice 'Cream or Fruity Ice 'Cream:

    1 tbsp. dark cocoa powder (or use a powdered flavored drink mix for Fruity version)
    1/4 tsp. Xanthum gum
    1/4 tsp. Guar gum
    1/4 C. Dark cold coffee (omit for the fruity flavored one and use water or juice)
    Stevia or sweetner of choice
    Vanilla, etc.,
    Ice cubes

    Blender:
    put cocoa, stevia, etc., cold coffee and first handful of ice cubes.
    Blend well
    Keep adding a few ice cubes at a time until amount desired
    Add Xanthum and Guar gum when blended - blend 'like crazy' for smooth results

    Use straight away as a 'cream' ontop of things
    or
    I like to 'set' mine in freezer to get a more 'ice cream' version (1+ hours)

    I just came here to tell you that, thanks to you, my new favorite thing to eat is "sandwiches" (bread, various "filling" and a tomato slice on top). I don't know why it took me so long to realize that, obviously, I can eat a sandwich with only ONE piece of bread. You are my new hero. :D

    I call this my cottage cheese strawberry “cheesecake”. Ingredients: 3 packets of splenda, a drizzle of vanilla flavoring, cut up strawberries, a crumbled up graham cracker and some cinnamon o:)

    (For all the nitpickers I’m aware it’s not a “cake” I’m just calling it that because the ingredients combined remind me of cheesecake. It’s not that serious)

    I put them in a bag with about a T olive oil and shake the bag to death. I usually wrap them up in foil, but left them exposed this time. I like them in the foil better, not as toasty-roasty, but more flavorful and moist.
