Is it okay if I jump in here at week 3? I'm currently participating in another challenge that will end in 2 weeks. I need something to get me through the summer months. I'm healing from several injuries and have not had any intentional exercise for over a year. I want to start now regaining my fitness and this will help keep me accountable. It's going to be slow, but I have to start somewhere.1
