    @girlspartan WI every 7th day. So at the END of each week. For me that's Sunday because I break my week up that way and because I started the challenge on a Monday. But as long as you're consistent with the day it can be your regular WI day.

    Hi everyone,

    It's the start of week two. :)

    If you're sticking to your plan, then you should FEEL a difference by the end of this week.

    So, stay hydrated.
    Exercise at least 20 minutes a day
    Stick to the plan.

    I like to use weekly averages for my weight instead of 1 particular day. Makes me see larger trends.

    Week 1 - May 28 - 145.1 - almost 1 down. Some bad choices with eating this wk :s but did manage to stick to my exercise goals. Goal is to succeed with both areas the coming wk

    After 8 weeks friends should see
    After 12 weeks everyone else.
