Why is it hard to believe?4
-
Because it tastes so darned good. Yep, I hear you!3

According to nutrition label my can of Pepsi max is about that - 4 kilojoules in our metric system, which is about 1 calorie.
I assume Coke Zero is about the same.0 -
Coke zero and cherry coke zero are my life pretty much. I should own stock in coke for how much I drink.12
-
Let's put it this way: based on my results, if Coke Zero isn't 1 calorie it's pretty close, because although I've dialed back now, I have in the past probably drunk my (not inconsiderable) weight in Coke Zero without any negative results.4

My husband drinks it and likes it a lot. I prefer regular diet Coke though .I believe the stated calories.4

How does it taste with rum ?8

Thanks for the replies that's ok because I gave up coke about 2 ago because of the calories and sugar and just had a Coke zero and was expecting when I scanned the can with MFP something crazy that I thought it was a mistake5

2 ago = Bliss a-gogo. Great decision, your taste buds are probably already changing.

Coke Zero is my go to 0 calorie “sweet” drink. I drink it pretty much every single day. I was drinking it during my workout this morning. It’s definitely 1 calorie. My tracking to weight loss is right on track.1

Coooooooke Zeeeeero3 -
Yes, it is in fact about 1 calorie. - as stated in my post above from nutrition label on can.
That is, in a country where nothing is labelled zero calories unless it really is ie water.
But you know, 1 calorie, o calorie - difference in practice is Nil.2 -
Yes! I prefer Vanilla Coke Zero. Really satisfies my sweet tooth.4
-
Yes, it is practically and effectively water.3
-
Vanilla coke zero is my favorite afternoon pick me up!1
-
Obviously I'm in the minority, but Pepsi Max is king of the diet pops. Maybe it's the mouth full of sweet teeth I have. And now they have cherry pepsi max, which my daughter loves, but I'll stick with original.7

Aspartame is broken down as protein I do believe, thus, one calorie. I will drink 4-5 a day. LOL0

Coke Zero is the king of the colas, but Diet Wild Cherry Pepsi is the king of the cherry colas. I also tried the Zesty Blood Orange and the Twisted Cherry new Diet Cokes, but they were disappointing.1

Coke Zero
Cherry Coke Zero
Vanilla Coke Zero
The Cherry and the Vanilla versions are like trying to find a unicorn though in my area.
In a pinch, Pepsi Zero is a reasonable substitute for Coke Zero, though not quite as good.1 -
I do like the diet pepsi with ginger.0

yup this all the way ... Coke zero was my go to cola of choice until Pepsi released the ginger one2 -
Coke Zero has been discontinued in Australia (you can still get it until stocks run out) and replace with "Coke No Sugar" which tastes a bit different -- in my opinion it tastes better but people are whinging online2
