Agreed.
I've never got the tom hardy/Danny dyer fascination....
@PAFC84 Are you crazy...look with your eyeballs not yo fingers.
I mean sure Tom Hardy is tiny, but c’mon. He’s purdy.
I can understand Tom Hardy way before I get the whole Ryan Gosling thing
Really? That surprises me.
Ryan Gosling may not be a scary physical specimen, but he's got the non-threatening life partner/mate thing down. Masculine enough, in good shape, always dressed well and not trying too hard. Absolutely nails his tailoring. There's more than one way to man.
Tom Hardy wants desperately to be a badass. It makes me laugh. I get why women like him, though. He's basically metrosexual lumberjack guy, but with tattoos instead of flannel shirts. It's a highly curated image.
The whole badass thing took a hit when he got knocked the *kitten* out by Shia LeBoef.
I can't believe that I wasn't invited to that. Was it part of his "performance art" routine?0 -

@Avocado_AS5, Sunday edition. Tieless.
This one fits me slightly less well, and is probably in the running for my least favorite suit. It needs a little more tailoring at the waist, and the wool is just...flat, the color doesn't pop. Shoulders are also more padded than I like. If I did it over again, this is one I wouldn't buy.
When going tieless, get that second button undone and show a bit of neck. Just don't go lower. Please. Seriously.
that emerald lining! do you wear a tie that color when you don't wear it tieless? perhaps you don't think it's tailored enough but i think it looks very good on you.
@como_agua
Actually just sent that one to my brother. Figured since I didn't like it that well that maybe it would be better on him. I do have a forest green tie. Too many ties, really.
Are you busily catching up on all 50+ pages of this thing?
1. there's no such thing as too many ties.
2. you promised there was Bardem within this thread. (still didn't see him except what i posted)

I stand by my original statement. I can't believe that I wasn't invited to that. Someone punched a guy in the face because he looked like Shia Labeouf0 -

Yeah, but that's not even a true story. According to people on the set they got into an altercation had to be separated but they never even had a fight. Tom Hardy in an interview sarcastically said he got "knocked out" by Shia.....it was a tongue in cheek comment based on Shia's fraility. I know Tom Hardy did do some legitimate MMA training for the movie Warrior so I have a feeling he's got enough salt to be called a tough guy.0 -

@Avocado_AS5 out of fancy affection
Same light gray suit from a few weeks ago, done up a little different. Brown grenadine tie, same wool pocket square with the dogs and ducks, striped socks with gray, brown, and blue.
Edit: just realized that the crazy longness of my eyelashes is on display. My daughter inherited these.
Pullin off this look big time leut! Love it.2 -

Nope. Shia dropped him. Cold. It was scary. Looks can be deceiving when it comes to delivering a punch. And to taking one.0 -

It might have had something to do with mowing the lawn and chainsawing some tree in said clothes while she watched from the patio. :ohwell: No sense in getting a shower until I was done being a mess.
Yes, that would definitely do it. Getting chores checked off the list can be very hot!0 -

I don't have anything current since removing myself from that administrative level at work. I only wear jeans and shirts anymore. But this was a while back, before losing weight even. Vegas...
