A ton of butter on my hotdog; the only condiment I would use. Delicious!

Ketchup on poutine, which apparently americans dont have...just get fries, gravy, and cheese and put them together and you'll see what all the fuss is about eh!

I do the ketchup, but also sprinkle with the white vinegar too (and salt)...it used to drive my boys nuts (but soooo good!)

These have been fun to read. Here are a few of mine:
    On Greenbeans: Ketchup
On Baked Potatoes: Steak Sauce & Pepper
In a bowl: Peanut Butter mixed with maple syrup
At the movies: Skittles in the popcorn
The Sandwich: Pickles, Chips, & Mustard on White Bread.
When no one is looking: Lemon wedges pressed in sugar.
(No, I don't wonder why I'm here! These things rarely make the diary these days :) )

I can't think of anything really weird I do with food, I'm going to think on this one though, but thanks for starting this thread, it has been the most fun thing to read on here ever.

I substitute most cuts of beef for beef heart. Very inexpensive and has about the same amount of calories per 100g as boneless skinless chicken breast. My grandpa taught me the importance of using up the entire animal because he lived on a farm during the great depression.

I love traditionally dinner foods for breakfast and breakfast foods for dinner. Tacos adoba for breakfast, fruit loops for dinner.

I also like to chop up raw steaks into bite sized pieces, marinated overnight in lime juice and onion, then eat that for breakfast.

I used to eat peanut butter and mayonaisse sandwiches as a child. The mere thought of it now makes me shiver in disgust. (Its probably still really nice though)

Damn people do eat a lot of crazy stuff! :'D

As a kid i liked to mix roasted onions and raisins. Tasted like heaven when you didn't have any potato chips.

However as an "adult" I do still like to put dark chocolate and butter on bread and sprinkle it with salt and pepper.

    Thanks for the laughs.

It disgusts people that I am fine with eating pretty much every hot food, cold. I rarely bother to heat up left overs. It doens't taste bad to me, just different.

I like to get an oat based cookie and nom it all at once, turn it around on my tongue until it's just a giant ball of dough. I can literally take 10 minutes eating one cookie like that until it disintegrates and it's amazing. Gotta have some self restraint to not swallow (thats what she said)

I eat each bite of a hamburger patty with a bite of dill pickle and dip it in a combination of ketchup, mustard and Sambal Oelek (hot chili paste)

I hide my really good stuff in a couple of closets. I have to or the turkey buzzards clean me out and leave me nothing but the weeds, pinecones and dirt, old tennis shoes.

You know about bacon pancakes with maple syrup and vanilla ice cream, right? THAT’s the good stuff.

my kids eat pancakes with mustard, I tend to take everything apart when I eat it. Like kitkats, I bite the chocolate off each of sides then take each wafer off and eat it. M&Ms- I will bite the shell off first while its in my mouth then eat the chocolate. I'm sure there is more weirdness about me, I just can't think of it at the moment.

I eat pancake with peanut butter and do the layered canddy like that too.

Granny smith apples sliced up and sprinkled with salt are amazing. I always get looks when I eat them, but my dad always had them that way too.

I would never have thought to do that...it actually sounds delish!

The Chinese eat a lot of fruits with a light sprinkle of salt. Salt is a scent and flavour enhancer that can make fruit seem more fragrant and nuanced. My mom ate peaches and honey dew melons with a little salt.

not weird at all...It actually makes what fruit your eating more 'sweeter'

Canned smoked oysters on Lays original potato chips!! My family hates the smell but I love it! I don't get to eat it often because I developed a seafood sensitivity after having two children. Also, watermelon with Heinz 57 sauce. It's so good.
