Well, now that I have lost enough weight, my bras are loose around the back. It's tricky using the 3rd row of eyes to hook them (instead of the 1st row) while reaching behind me, i can't close the darn thing. now I have to close it in front then rotate it around to the back & then slide my arms into the straps. Annoying, & yet cool.
I am hoping my boobs don't shrink because I bought all new bras this last summer.treehugnmama wrote: »mine did I had just bought new bras then they shrunk.....what do I need to buy to make my stomach shrink
OMG. This is the funniest thing I've seen in ages. Thank you (and yes, I know the post is 1.5 years old!)
Ahhh, the disappearing boobs... Yep, for some reason the fat from boobs is quick to go, but stomach, nope somehow the stomach fat is just happy where it's at and doesn't like to leave - jerk!
I have the opposite problem. My stomach is going down but the girls ain’t budging. Okay, not entirely true. I did lose an inch. But still. C’mon. GET SMALLER. At least to a normal, manageable size! (I might tell them that in the mirror). XD6 -
Nobody told me that my wife who swore that she hated the gym and cutting calories would be at the gym and cognizant of her calories and now is lifting heavy weights and proud of it. Oh ! And she today confessed that she actually enjoys going to the gym. What !
All that because I inspired her she says by my commitment and dedication without forcing her to do it with me.
My other half has lost 3 stone after watching me calorie count for years. While he was very supportive of me it was important for him that I didn't impose my diet on him and let him eat what how and what he wanted until he decided himself that he needed too lose. We are now following a healthier lifestyle together.30 -

My boobs are disappearing and I'm already an A cup. I'm going to have to start wearing bralettes. But they look better, tbh. More curved and feminine.9 -

Wish mine were disappearing. Whenever I look at photos of me now all I see is boobs! Hard to look neat and trim and they make you hot! About 10lbs off my first target and they are hanging in (or down, I am 62) there.16 -

I have to share something funny about elderly women's boobs. My Mom (whom I miss dearly) always had a way of making everyone laugh. One day we were talking about boobs and she said something like "Years ago I had nice round boobs that were as perky as hamburger buns. But now As I age I just have 2 hot dog buns hanging off me."38 -
That women don't line up to date you I'm at a water park and was like, "why are all the girls not looking at me!" Note: if you're shy and chubby, you'll be shy and not chubby. Humble pie was served....40

That no matter what everyone tells you that you look good.. In your mind you'll always think you could look better.31

That there's more work when all of the weight releasing is done. Maintenance.20

I'm in bralettes, even better than looking better: they are cheap!!!!! Seriously, you can find them 4/$20 and cheaper all the time. When I had boobs I was lucky to find bras for $20 each12 -
That I’d actually grow attached to workout clothes. My trusty favorite workout pants might be worn today for the last time and then released to a new owner, because they’re falling off me and there’s no drawstring to tighten them. I kinda knew workout gear is clothing and clothing gets too big if you lose weight, but somehow I still didn’t realize these would get too big as well. Good thing the shirts can just hang on, I really like the tight yoga pants + loose tank top look.19

Having to tighten the straps on my bike helmet, apparently my "hat size" is starting to thin out with the rest13

I am not irregular in a bad way, but the "morning constitutional" is a thing of the past. When there was more going in, there was more coming out and I pretty much needed to poop every morning. Now it is at various times of the day and not every day. I think increased activity has an effect also. Core exercises tend to set things in motion...19

What no one told me is that, even though I've rearranged my life for the sake of health and weight loss, keeping off these c. 70 pounds will likely require CONSTANT VIGILANCE. I could comfortably sit my *kitten* down on the couch for a year and gain it all back. I probably won't choose to do that, but it would be so easy.
This... this is straight up gospel. I've lost 60, easily put some back... fighting for that last 7-9 again. I used to think it was so gimmicky when people would say its a lifestyle change, not a diet... but its the damn truth. I could eat a family size bag of doritos right now... but I'm not.... probably...
No... i'm not... let's do this!42 -

Kind of fits here: I don't know how many times I've been asked, "What's your secret?" as if I found some magic weight loss beans. I always find that question irritating. I worked my *kitten* off. No shortcuts. No pills, no drinks, no fad diets.
So, I'd say the misconception that you can lose weight easily with some sort of cheat.15 -

A lot of times you can. Keeping it off is something else entirely though.7 -

Or when people discount all the hard work with a remark like, “Oh, men can just lose weight so easly.” That really pi$$es me off. I’ve worked hard for this.30 -

Yep! And no matter how much detail you go into the whole concept of simply eating fewer calories than you use, many will still argue and outright call you a liar insisting that it must be something else.11
