Glad to see you!! You did awesome last challenge! I can't wait to see your progress this time. You got this!! ☺️☺️1 -
Happy Sunday everyone. Welcome to all our new challenge participants! We are glad you are here! 🎉🎉🎉
It is a beautiful day here in the PNW. Today will be a bit challenging as we are having a family picnic celebrating my dear grandmother's 91st birthday. I am taking fresh strawberries (no sweetener) and light cool whip. I'm also taking a fresh garden salad and a lightened up 7 layer dish. So if I stick with what I'm taking I should be good. Wish me luck that I can resist temptations.
Have an awesome day everyone! ☺️

@HealthyMommy818, Great plan for the picnic! I also take food prepared in a healthy way to gatherings. Happy Birthday to your Grandmother!2

I’m new to the community (Hi everyone! ) but I really need the accountability right now. So I’m in!
I suppose I’ll make my weigh in day Sunday, since I weighed in this morning at 125.5. In this time period, I’d like to lose 10 pounds. It’s a pretty lofty goal for me but I want to give it a shot even if I don’t make it. I’m just going to try my best! My height is 5ft even.

I'm in. I am wondering why people are posting all the weigh in dates in their first post though. Can't edit posts after an hour, or am I missing something?
My WI day is Friday
My Goal is to lose 28 lbs by the end of the challenge, as well as continue to lift every other day with some sort of cardio on the days between (with 1 rest day from cardio a week) throughout the challenge.
Starting weight - 6/22 - 238lbs
Goal weight for challenge - 210lbs

I dunno, I’m new here so I was just going with the flow 😂 But I'm assuming they’re doing that to make it easier to copy/paste in later posts??

Hi everyone. I am in another challenge that is going through the end of the year so was looking for something a little more short term/focused since an ultimate goal that far out can be daunting. I've so far lost about 46lbs since March so my SW below is for this challenge specifically. My goal is to lose 30lbs which is conveniently what I need to reach ONEderland. I'll be measuring progress with 10lb mini goals.
28F 6'0" following a low carb diet. Will be adding in exercise soon.
SW: 229.2
CW: 229.2
GW1: 219.2
CGW: 199.2
UGW: 175
I'll be weighing in on Sundays.3 -

Welocome to the group!
It isn't necessary to put in all your but some do it because it easy to copy and paste as they go or maybe just a reminder of their WI day. I did on my first post but on the second one I just copied up to the current WI.
Have an awesome week!

Hello and welcome!
I totally agree shorter groups work better for me. I have a long term goal of about 67 more pounds but wow that seems like so much! I much prefer to make smaller goals because they seem much more attainable. I keep my ultimate goal in the back of my head but work on my smaller goals in my group because losing 13# isn't as over whelming as 67#. I started a spring challenge and it worked well for me and the it seemed to work well for the other as well. I figured I would just keep making challenges based around seasons as long as they are helping people.
Good luck to you this week!

Thank! All and all it went pretty well. I'm going to go track and see if I did as well as I think. It is all about learning how to live life and still stay on track.
Good luck to you and have a great week!

@CoLyBo, I've been doing 10lbs at a time since August 2017. So much easier to focus on this easily obtainable goal instead of one seemingly insurmountable goal. I think I would have given up by now if I constantly had my mind on the total amount of weight that I need to lose.4

Hi Angelica, I'd say sub milk with almond milk and the egg I think they sub that with apple sauce. I say go for it and see what it is like. Sweet treats that don't kill calorie count are hard to come by. Good luck and let me know if you try it.
