Just signed back into MFP. Me and the girls at work are eating Keto for a few months now. I'm not losing so doctor said I have to get OCD about it. LOL! I'm diabetic and have high blood pressure. My sugar levels and blood pressure are normal and haven't been in a long time. So yeah!!

6/27 163.4 I set an aggressive goal weight for this round, but I believe I can reach it if I continue the course.
6/28 162.6 I cannot wait until I am freed up to get on my bike or at least go walk the dogs. It has been a long 10 days. On the bright side I feel I am getting a better grasp on my eating, and I haven't binged this week. I am biting my tongue about my husband's In and Out burgers, donuts and fat boy ice cream sandwiches, abstaining, and letting him make his own choices without piping in. This has always been challenging for me unless we are both on the downward trajectory as far as weight.

Love this challenge, the change is slow but can look back and see that there is progress. The slowness makes me value the progress even more and hesitate to risk losing it for some imaginary craving – I do find that generally it’s my emotions that “need/crave” something not my body.

6/27 –Wednesday- 160.8 Well here goes – want to see those 159’s and get 3 areas cleaned up outside. So those should work together if I don’t get overtired and then decide I need/deserve a treat. I find MFP overrates gardening for calories unless you are digging or something like that so will not track it as exercise.
6/28 –Thursday- 160.4 Don’t feel I deserve this, very quick supper and then “finished” after came home from meeting but almost for sure over calories. Otherwise though a very profitable day.

Anyone else having a problem logging food today? Every time I try to put in Havarti cheese - which isn't on my recent or frequent lists - I get logged out. So I search for it, adjust portion size and then can't add it to my breakfast because suddenly I'm logged out. Everything else seems to work.0

6/27 = 192.0 (+0.6), BF% = 15.4 (no change). Had some dark chocolate chips last night after dinner, so my streak, and the struggle of addiction, continues (had too much, they weren't that "dark"). Haven't been getting enough sleep. I have a "sort of" job interview today; I meet with two people, and based on my meeting I will be "banded" (placed in a category) that will determine my "priority" for getting an interview. I'm tired. Going to need eyedrops and caffeine. I was falling asleep at work yesterday. I should be able to catch up on sleep tonight. Perhaps I'll go to the gym after work, depending on how I'm feeling. My two pound drop on my last weigh-in was likely dehydration, so this number is okay. I really want to break this sugar cycle. Going to try to stay mindful today. I just decided to throw away the chocolate chips. And I just threw them away.
6/28 = 190.2 (-1.8), BF% = 15.3 (-0.1). BWHOOSH™. I only THOUGHT I threw my chocolate chips away at the end of my most recent post (above). I looked in the fridge last night after dinner (and a great day of eating overall), and they were there. They were calling me. I grabbed them, had a couple, and remembered what I posted the day before about my intention to throw them away. So I did. Right in the trash can. I'm going to call that my first step. This weight equals my all-time (more than 25 years) low. I got here a couple of weeks ago, but I've still never had a weigh-in below 190. Today I'm going to focus on eating mindfully, so I can break that plateau. I don't want sugar, so I'm not going to eat it. There's no basketball tonight, but I'm going to commit to going to the gym (full workout) either tonight or tomorrow (my rotating day off, every other Friday). I'm also going to play basketball on Saturday (my first time in almost 3 weeks). I feel like I'm getting back on track.

Im in my weight this morning is 289.5 lbs and my day is going well already cheated on my diet today not at all happy but start over at lunch. I am getting married on Sept 16th so trying to lose 15 pounds from now...Hope this is how I can post here...6/2812

I finally hit goal #1 below (avg June at 168.4 which is the 2lb loss I was shooting for from May’s avg) I wasn’t sure I’d make it, but I am!
Adjusting to half the weight loss per month has been somewhat nerve-racking, but I’m gradually realizing that my tiny habits & routines as well as tracking & my groups in MFP are helping. More sleep is helping, too!
Eating with small or no deficit & continuing to boost length & intensity of daily long walks/hikes and upping the weights at Pilates. Focus: Health

I had started walking every am before work and at lunch, but have been sidelined for 2 weeks with minor foot surgery. I should be able to resume my walks on Monday, so I am plan on putting my all into that next week to see a major hit to the scale numbers.
