    It's so hard to maintain. I am trying to get back on track again so my clothes fit properly. It sneaks up on me and then it's arggggh. Here we go again!!

    Hi, I'm going to join to keep me accountable as I travel this month. Question: Is it nuts to pack a scale to travel with? I'll be gone 2.5 weeks driving through one of my favorite food regions, so the potential damage is not small :)
