 Since I haven't done one of these challenges on here yet, I decided why not try it out and see how it works for me!? I figured that maybe something like this will help me gain motivation...
 *Note* I usually do my weigh-ins every Thursday since that's when my group meets, but I'll be sure to lock in the weight here (as per dates listed) in addition to my group meet. This might actually help me stay more on target since I'm watching my weight more closely.6
