 nybor101 i have done the same thing, we had a wedding on Saturday with full 3 course meals then a grand buffy (can not spell it) in the evening. i ate all of my food from the 3 course & did eat a fare but more than i needed to in the evening. I will have to see if i have lost any tomorrow morning. Back to work from now on holiday is over for me now.0

            Just letting you guys know I'll be weighing in late--tues/wed. I just had a birthday, and ended up celebrating the entire weekend. Tomorrow ill start fresh, drink some water to get any excess salt out of my system, and hope to have a true number.  i am so surprised on my weight loss this week. :happy: it is the biggest weight loss so far for me.

            Alright, i did weigh in..quite a gain as I expected..but i guess its kinda worth it, when you celebrate your birthday the entire weekend. I weighed in 184.6 as of this morning. 6lb gain, hoping most of that is water..0

 Although I really shouldn't be surprised. It was a back and forth kind of week, and I did not really drink any water for 2 days. That always sabotages my weight.

 I am a binge eater. I can easily eat 10000 calories a day. So 1240 spread out over the day takes all the willpower I have!!!
