I'm no a dieter in general, but absolutely determined to do this. What is 6 months of effort worth? 50 lbs, that's for sure! I am doing a lot of reading etc and trying a LCHF as it seems it would fit my lifestyle better.3 -
I hope everyone had a great weekend, I'm still having problems with the steps really getting annoyed having to carry my cel around I ordered a bracelet pedometer online can't wait till it arrives.
july 5 - 3493 steps . I was able to keep the calorie challenge
july 6 -5096 calories under 400
july 7- 7584 calories under 400
july 8- 1078 steps, calories not met ad a buffet lunch with the family this sunday

I walk a lot of steps at work so nights I work, I generally get my steps in. It's my off days that's a problem. I also am going to be over calories today. I ate a bacon cheeseburger & fries this am. Over half my calories. It's difficult for me to get back on track once I'm off a couple days. I need to pack healthy food when we travel. So lesson learned. Will plan better next trip.3

Hello. I am hoping to jump into this challenge. I have a couple of very important items to help me deeply commit.
1. I just found out that I have Fatty Liver Disease. I promised my boys that this is my wake up call. I am going to do the work to get healthy and lower my weight.
2. I made a wager in HealthWage to lose 40 pounds by January first but I am determined to surpass that. I am betting $60 a month and if I hit my goal I win more that $1600. Definitely worth the work.
I am looking forward to any support you have to offer and I promise to log in every day and be here for you. My commitment to myself this week is to log my food every day...every single bite.

I know I'm late but I'm in.

125 has always been my ultimate goal but I always tend to sabotage myself the minute I hit 135. It's something I'm not proud but I need to stop my yo yo dieting ways, I'm tired of feeling like this.
So here is for the long hall....and finally hitting my goal!!2 -
I've been busy with a new job, been unemployed since april 2018 s i'm happy, my weight stayed the same been doing a lot of inappropriate choices in food and not doing the steps , but i'm not gonna be one more day not putting up on my behalf today i resume , have a great weekend everyone2
