Don’t do anything to lose the weight that you won’t want to continue doing after you lose it! BALANCE IS 🔑 👌🏼
Love it 😀5 -

Very real and very inspiring women for me to embark on my journey of weight loss. My head is in a better space right now. With that said, there may be a failure looming around the corner for me. What I do know that every choice I take will affect my success in mass loss or rather excess mass loss, as my supportive husband would say

This cannot be the same woman?!!!
How long was your process and did you require skin removal surgery? I only ask cause this is extreme weight loss on steroids!!!
I’m getting a tummy tuck in January and I assure you it’s the same lol [IG removed by MFP Staff]
I post all my food and stuff there
I’m so going to need a tuck as well. Lots of loose skin. Looks like you’ve already planned yours. Can you please pm about it? 🤗 great job you totally deserve it!

Ah thanks you guys for answering the CICO question! I was out of town and wasn’t checking MFP But yes I just make sure the calories I eat are fewer than the calories I burn...and that’s all! I don’t particularly care where my carbs/fat/protein fall but 99% of the time they fall in a natural 40/30/30 ratio just from making decent choices. But food timing, eating “clean”, and other similar fads aren’t part of my routine!6

Thank you!! I am. It's hard looking at the before because of how sick I was. I was miserable and tired all the time. Still need a lot of recovering, but my energy is so much better!16 -
My heaviest was 225lbs and a size 24(snug...see photo of me in the purple and green prom gown)
Now I am 140lbs and a size 4.
I’d like to lose a bit more weight...maybe 10-15lbs because I do still have a tummy pooch so I have to cut more body fat, but I’m happy and comfortable with my body now!
I eat a vegan diet and lift heavy weights btw

Ok here goes I started on this journey about 3 years ago, done really well, then became far too complacent and put all the weight and more back on. So I’ve started afresh currently at 9lb weight loss. It’s been really frustrating as I can’t see results but looked back at pictures and thought, actually I have done well. It’s not easy (pcos sufferer) and I have fallen off the wagon at times, but I always pick myself back up at my biggest I was 260 pounds.....the lowest I got to was 198 a few years ago I weighed in yesterday at 216. It’s slow going but it’s going😋😋33 -
