6/30: 167.6 BMI=24.75 Normal! For 5’9”
7/7: 167.6 BMI=25.1 (measured & I’m just 5’8.5”) I did reach normal goal for the lower height July 3: 166.4, so I’m sure I’ll head back there soon. Heat & heavier exercise tends to make me retain water. I’m under my calories burned daily.

7/11 - 191.6 - Pleasantly surprised with this number. I really thought it would be some increment of 192.4 -
Alrighty! Lets do this! Just finished the other round and hit my goal of 15 lbs down in about 15 weeks! I set my goals to lose another 15lbs in 15 weeks which would put me at Thursday, October 4 - so this round looks to be about 13 weeks - I'll aim for a 13 lb. loss. I have given myself until 11/1/18 to lose the full 15 because LIFE, and my birthday is in October so I'm trying to set realistic goals. I much prefer to feel accomplished hitting those goals than beat myself up over missing an extreme goal. Hmmm...and I always have to remind myself that I can change these goals as my situation differentiates from what I'm expecting.

7/5 - 197.6 - 2 Birthdays, the holiday, and my period. (forgot to check in here last week but I track daily weights so I was able to refer back to my notes)
7/11 - 193.0 - Finally! A whoosh! I was 195.2 yesterday after not getting below 196 for almost two weeks! Back on the right track!

Pounds to Challenge Goal = 16.1 (Aprox. 1.61 lbs per week)
Weekly Update: Down 4.4 lbs since last week's weigh-in. There was a break in the heat this past week after the previous week's scorching temps and I think that had something to do with the big weight loss this week, likely was retaining a bit more water last week. It was a good week exercise wise, I am close to finishing my 30 day body weight exercise challenge, only 4 more days to go. Trying to decide which of The Betty Rocker plans to do next, whether I will do the 90 day challenge or a different 30 day challenge. Food wise, I made the right choices, continued to limit gluten, sugar, dairy, processed foods, and only had these in moderation. I haven't had any alcohol since last Saturday even though I have bought wine since- just feel like not drinking which is a very positive change. I'm managing my stress better, using gratitude exercises instead of self-medicating with food and alcohol.5 -

Slow week. My in-laws had us over for a fab dinner (F-I-L is an amazing cook/chef) and though I tried, I just couldn't help but over-indulge a bit. It was just the 4 of us (self, husband and in-laws), however FIL is so used to cooking for big social engagements he make enough to easily feed a dozen, if not or more, sending us home with an abundance of left-overs.
Though l made it down 1.6 pounds, I've only lost 9.8 pounds in the past 30 days. I must learn to resist such temptation in future and focus harder on my end goal if it is to be reached.

Weekly Update: Down 0.5 lbs from last week. I was down 2.3 lbs on Thursday of this week but went over on calories that evening and my weight bumped up on Friday as a result but is starting to come back down on today's weigh-in. I completed my 30 day exercise challenge on Tuesday and then took 2 rest days before starting my new program yesterday which is a 90 day exercise challenge. I took "before" pictures yesterday and am excited to track my progress at the 1, 2, & 3 month marks as I complete the program. We are one month into this mfp challenge and I think my goal of 144 by 9/22 is still possible but will be happy with 147 or under as a result.4 -
