    Has anyone heard from @SamanthaLouiseMence ? She hasn't posted since starting this thread. I am concerned about her. I sent her a message, haven't heard back. I hope she is OK.

    Last day of the month, checking in!

    Highest weight ever: 254 in October 1999.

    Lowest since 1999: 195.

    Original starting weight: 243 in 2015.

    MFP Starting weight December 25th, 2016: 233

    Goal: 180 in however long it takes.

    Weekly averages:

    June 24th to July 1st: 203.1
    July 2nd to July 8th: 203.5
    July 9th to July 15th: 204.2
    July 16th to July 22nd: 203.5
    July 23rd to July 29th: 202.9
    Last 7 days, July 25th to July 31st: 202.6

    Loss for July: 0.5 lbs.

    MFP Loss: 30.4 lbs.

    Total cumulative loss since mid 2015: 40.4 lbs.

    Original starting weight (January 2018) - 168.2
    July starting weight - 147.4
    July goal - 145.5
    Ultimate goal - 145.0 (range between 142 - 148)

    June 30 - 147.4
    July 1 - 148.6
    July 8 - 146.6
    July 15- 145.2 (was under 145 three days in a row July 12, 13, and 14).
    July 22 - 147.4 -- just back from a river trip
    July 29 - 147.8 -- Um... was back down to 145 on Friday, but I guess I'm still eating like I'm on the river.
    July 31 - 147.6

    Total loss for July : Pretty much zero.

    I attained my weight loss goal this month when I hit 144.8 and ultimately 144.2. As such, I moved from weight loss to weight maintenance and recomposition to metabolize a little more fat and build a little more lean mass.

    I expect that this will be the last monthly weight loss challenge I participate in. I am going to start doing monthly MAINTENANCE challenges, like this one.

    I have been up and down with my weight this month. I will take this win and enjoy the 4 pound loss and next month be more disciplined with my eating. It feels good knowing that I am close to my goal and I want to lose 50 pounds altogether.

    So I jumped off Keto diet, and my weight bounced back of course. I managed to get it under control right now, hopefully I have enough stamina and will to not roll back even more. I bought a tight dress for my friend’s wedding, so it’s my motivation for the next month.

    I forgot to update the last 2 weeks! I lost 6.4lbs, even though I decided in the beginning of the month to increase my carb grams way beyond keto level.
    I wanted to enjoy some fresh, in season fruits, one of the best things about summer! Very unexpected. Very happy!
