    08/06 - 158 - I'll be darned, I was starting to wonder if my scale couldn't get below 158.5.
08/07 - 159 - I'm starting to wonder if 1200 calories a day are my maintenance calories??? Maybe this is why I got stuck at this weight 11 years ago? I have continued to weigh/measure my food and I'm always close to goal on my carbs, protein, etc. Until my vertigo is resolved, I don't feel comfortable increasing my activities, so I guess I'll just have to see what happens over the next couple weeks.

@jaccimc63 At 66" of height, I wouldn't believe 1200 is your maintenance value. I'm a 53, female, 63.5" with an M value of 1422. How much of your foods are not prepackaged? My body is very sensitive to heavily processed foods with their the broad range of chemicals, sugars (HFCS just blows me out), and fats (we won't talk about what happens afterwards :flushed:).

My goal for this round is to maintain around 158.5. We will be in Amish country next weekend and I'm planning to enjoy the food and wine.

My prediction is...you may see a little upswing after your trip but will drop by the end of the round. Do you eat the same foods most of the time? I think shaking it up will trigger a big loss for you. This is only what my experience has been- and we have similar stats :-)

Are the doctors sure it is Vertigo? I was diagnosed with Vertigo, but after about a year they figured out that I have disequilibrium, meaning my right and left inner ears are imbalanced. I'd get the spinning feeling in my head, but my vision was fine and the room or objects never appeared to be spinning visually.

8/7 - 126.2 - Definitely stabilizing at work, but the sun rose red through smoke this morning. Work a little more normal for me as the fire chews through two counties to the east... logging food today.

@brightresolve Where are you located? I'm in the California Central Coast region and woke to a hazy red sunrise, too.

@AJB1014 Wish I had known about the magnesium lotion before I placed my Amazon order! I will try anything to get a good night’s sleep! Taking mag and potassium supplements twice a day. Still have periodic leg cramps. URG

@tiabirdie56 I used to get one or two 1/2# Hershey bars during my TOM! Re: dark chocolate-YUM! As a kid, I ate the blocks of baking chocolate! The small pieces of highest % cocoa dark chocolate at Sprouts are extremely satisfying but I even quit craving those about 2 years ago!

@TerriRichardson112 You may be right about the sherry/wine - sugar!
