You should be losing some weight at that level. Although weight loss is not linear and it may take another week or two for the body to adjust to that level.

6/29/18 - 208.5 - Making a fresh start for Onederland after Independence Day.
7/6/18 - 209.5 - A little temporary gain from the holiday carb fest. Here we go!
7/12/18 - 210.5 - Arrggghhhh! The bad news - the scale is going the wrong way. The good news - I'm getting my workouts in - lifting numbers are going up - I'm staying under my calorie target. Next week will be better.
7/26/18 - 209 - slowly moving in the right direction. Lifting numbers still going up. Getting most of the workouts in. Logging all the food - looks like I should lower the calorie target just a bit.
8/2/18 - 209 - turns out yesterday's whoosh was just a tease. DAMMIT! Oh, well - maintenance is good. Ate Tex-Mex in a restaurant last night. I probably should be pleased with a flat line. HAHA!
8/9/18 - 207.5 - Great - some progress, finally. And I saw 206 again earlier in the week. Onward and downward!
8/16/18 - 208 - AARRGGHH! - Getting frustrated here. I keep telling myself "Maintenance is good. You're not gaining. LIfting numbers are still going up." Regardless, I'd like to see some slow weight loss - just not this slow. HAHA!5 -

I'm interested in this challenge. I don't think I'll be at goal by the end of the year but I will definitely be closer to it by (hopefully) 50 lbs.

I had been doing really well and by March 2018 of this year I was down to 239 ( 71lbs.)
Since then I have gone up and down 20-25 lbs -- every month. I've been trying to determine why I have been going up and down with the weight. It appears that I have not been honest with myself about what I'm ACTUALLY eating. So, I started diligently tracking macros and calories for the last two weeks and the weight is starting to track downward and not bounce around up and down all over the place!
I have exercised religiously since August of last year; spin class 5-6 per week; Pilates 5-6 times per week.
I think with total honesty to myself about what I'm eating, tracking the macros and continued exercise I should be able to become the healthy, energetic woman that I deserve to be.10 -

Was a bit under the weather last weekend, and good eating habits went right out the window, so not a lot of change in last 2 weeks. Back on track now and have found out a reason why have been lacking energy and enthusiasm lately. A quick Doc's visit and blood test can do wonders.

Just me, checking in. I've lost 3 pounds so far in August. I thought I wasn't going to lose any. LOL. Funny how we can work ourselves into that mindset. Be careful what you believe ! I wouldn't mind losing another pound or 2 before September. I have 3 pounds until a normal BMI, and 12 pounds to goal. Everything's going good !7 -
