43 here, been on mfp a few years but never used it. Started today kinda Keto based. I also train....infact deadlift 110k but I’m planning on moving over to the dark side and upping my cardio. I’m getting fatter by the year so need to get my running shoes on (so my son keeps telling me, he’s in that industry)
Please add me....I’m kinda lonely down here0 -

Hi i'm 59 years of age and back in Dec 2017 weighed in at in excess of 17 stone. I have since made a number of life changes by retiring early, downsizing and moving house. With that came a realisation I needed to start to look after myself. I engaged in a slimfast diet for an eight week period and lost 2.5 stone. I am now back on standard food and trying to maintain 14stone 8oz. I have also started on 10 week gym sessions. I am desperate to maintain my weight as I can see and feel the benefit. Any advice would be really helpful.0
