    I’ve never posted here or done any of the challenges. I’ve been a “elite” (insert eye rolls here! I hate that term but it kind of describes how important the sport is in my life) triathlete for about eight years, but I suffered a couple pretty serious injuries and haven’t been able to really train for almost a year. It’s killing me. I’ve gained about 15 pounds from where I was, which is not somewhere I wanted to be anyways. Looking forward to this challenge to try to get back on track. Thanks!

    Hello all, I need this. To have some accountability gor knowing I need to weigh in. My goal is to be 12lbs to 15lbs by the end of the month. Tired of starting and never finishing. First challenge!!!

    I'm in! I lost over 40lb a few years ago and then plateaued for over a year, but i've been stress eating and gained 10lb back. I want to lose this again by my birthday at the end of October. I'm logging properly again, cutting out the booze, and getting back on the treadmill. (As well as pushups, planks, squats...)

    I am in! I want to lose about 10 pounds, but I’m in school and work full time so I will be a little flexible. ;) (I haven’t seen below 155 in over 8 years so any loss would be amazing!)

    After gaining back the 24lbs I lost before I’m thinking this will be a good way to get back on track!

    My goal is to lose 7lbs from now until the end of September.

    GW: 130lbs

    I'm in! My goal for Sept. is 5 lbs. I am 6 lbs. away from my goal weight, and these last few lbs are being really stubborn. I am hoping these weekly check-ins will help keep me accountable and on track with my eating and exercise.

    I'm in! This is my 2nd month back on track. Doing a calorie deficit and hitting the gym. This is great to keep the motivation flowing! I lost 18 pounds my first month. I'm setting my goal for September at 10 pounds.
