Exercise Plan = The Betty Rocker 90 Day Challenge (in weeks 9-10), run outside 3-4 times a week, get 8,000-10,000 steps/day
Nutrition Plan = Continue to limit gluten, dairy, sugar, diet soda, alcohol & eat non-processed foods, protein/fruit/veg at every meal, complex carbs at breakfast and post workout meal, drink plenty of water.

I'd like to stay focused every single day this round, trying to secure my place here in β¦ ONEDERLAND! I am on the verge of leaving my βObeseβ BMI behind.
I read through many of the final posts from Round 52, so inspiring, and also so nice to see so many of us on a similar journey, day by day, all with struggles, all with little victories, and all-in-all, overall progress and improvement. 3) To drink 3+ litres a day - need to be better
4) To start thinking about increasing my exercise regime, which has been my game plan as my BMI moves out of Obese. Have a plan ready by the end of this round.

Hi, again. I couldn't finish most of the challenges but I'm still around here. So, I hope this will be better and I'll finish it. Maybe I'll make it a confession of bad habits, however, I have to change things. Ok, here we go.

Yesterday I binged and ate junk food at night. I have some phrases of eating junk food 3-4 times in a year. I eat every day for a few weeks but then sick of it. I think it's time to sick of it. I'll be better, promise to myself. I'm just having so many anxious thoughts in my mind these days about work, Ph.D., relationships etc. Emotional/stress eating is my thing... I'm about to program my life these days and, diet and exercise are part of it.
