9 weeks now, down about 25 pounds
Lost the majority of it up front with water loss, down to around1.5 lbs/week. Great way to keep me on track with my calorie deficit. 1 -
I've been doing a lazy version of keto since the first of March 2018 and have lost 33 lbs. I love it!!!2

I think this life style is the perfect thing, I used to just live off gummy bears lol. Never satisfied. Was also vegetarian for 10 years, one day I search for vegan keto and oh boy what a reality slap it was...
Ever since I've learned so much about nutrition. Who would believe I could be working out each day.

The Low Carber Daily and Keto group is where most hang out on MFP. It's friendly groups.
I've been keto for most of the last 3.5 years. I tend to start regaining and my arthritis and autoimmune issues act up worse if I start going out of ketogenic carb levels. I'll probably be a lifer.
