I'm in! I really need accountability buddies, I'm just starting my weight loss journey and have been educating myself everyday, I'm excited to start getting healthier! My lomg term goal is to lose 100 lbs, starting weight 260lbs5

I had to meal prep again because I didn’t make enough for the week. This will last until Friday!
Hubby wanted grilled chicken, white rice and roasted veggies. I made myself a black bean vegetable soup, roasted veggies as well and my protein will be shrimp.
My goal is to drop two pounds by the end of the week but one will be great too as long as I can keep it down. Baby steps!:)

Just wanted to say that I'm online in MFP most days. I tend to keep it up in the background as I work through projects and in between meetings. I'm generally available if anyone wants to check in for support as a friend or via PM. If you're staring at that bag of chips, trying to avoid the cake somebody brought in from their weekend birthday party, or trying to plan your dinner ahead, reach out. We can talk each other through things (and provide a distraction from the temptation).7

Start weight: 111kg / 245lb (BMI = 36.3)
Goal for Feb: 102kg / 225lb (BMI = 33.3)
Overall goal weight: 77kg / 169lb (BMI = 25)
Total to lose: 34kg / 74lb

I’m in! I have GOT to get my nutrition together! I have put on 20 pounds over the course of a few years. I workout (run, HIIT, weight lift) 5 days a week and cannot lose weight. Why? MY NUTRITION IS TERRIBLE! Here’s to being held accountable!4

Thank you for the uplifting comments. I am really struggling to get on track. I did well all day yesterday then sabatoged myself with mcdonalds on the way home. I am tired when I leave work , I have about a half mile walk to my car then 45 minutes to get home. By the time I get home I have no energy to cook or do anything. Today I am going to bring a snack to eat right before I leave work and have it with a big glass of water or decaf tea. And I have dinner ready to put in the oven as soon as I get home. Today is a new day5

I’m in! Not sure if I’m capable of loosing 20lbs But I noticed that my progress has slowed down significantly and I want to speed it up again. Keeping myself motivated and focused on the goal seemed to be the most challenging part! Hence me joining the group!3
