    I’m so excited to see all of the newbies each round and more excited to see them become returnees! What has happened to @puttyputty our greeter?

    @OncologyChick .2 kg is actually about 7 oz, almost 1/2#. It’s probably water to have increased that much in a day. Drink more.

    She’s the same way in our Hogwarts challenge, we love her! This week is crazy with finals and a special event, next week we’ll be lost, lol.

    @tiabirdie56 I used to make a movie date with girlfriends JUST so I could get that huge vat of popcorn with orange grease. I’m still tempted when DH and I go to see a movie. Think I would settle for a small but the $$ they charge are insane!

    @sdelpapa I’m doing keto so start my day with BPC which holds me to at least 11. I might have a cup of butter coffee then and we eat dinner around 4-5. I seldom eat after that but if I do, it’s a tablespoon of natural PB with a little Hershey’s Special Dark Cocoa mixed in.

    @bisonpitcher Welcome! You don’t have any scheduled rest days?

    Thank you! Sunday is my rest day. But I bowl in a league that night and often golf in the morning on Sunday (I walk the 18 holes usually for about 15,000 steps, but sometimes I take a cart if I feel worn down.)

    @tiabirdie56 which do you think works best for the water retention? the cucumber, the fresh parsley or the lemon? I have what I need for any of them, or any combination. I need relief lickety split!
