@cdavisdeva, IKR! When a new round begins, in a blink we have only a few days left.

@DebCountsAll and @quiltingjaine, I meant to say something yesterday about those cookies. DH ate them all. I was just about to put them in tne freezer, but asked if wanted tnem. I didn't think he would eat all 3. 😖 I think his motive was, sit the cookies next to her, she'll say, mmm, they look good, she'll have one and I'll join in. Backfired on him tbough.😂😂

@quiltingjaine, Maybe your charley horse is from getting back to the gym? Working those underused muscles, especially on the elliptical.

10/30 147.4 I dabbled here one time last week, good to see it again! Went over calories yesterday but stayed in deficit due to a lot of walking. I try not to pay attention to the fitbit adjustment, it's deceived me into thinking I can eat more than I really should. Does not seem right to eat more just because I had more steps around the house etc. I just counted out the weeks until the end of the year and we have 9 weeks until 2019! My goal is to get below 140 by then!

I thought about getting a Fitbit, but decided to just use the MFP exercise database and only deduct deliberate calories using the database. The last time I lost weight, I noticed friends who used the fitbit to adjust calories didn't do as well as I did just using the database. A couple of my friends on recent bus trips noticed their Fitbits were giving them up to 2000 extra step counts while they were riding the bus--bumpy roads, I guess. Perhaps newer devices are more accurate, but, until that's proven, I'll stick to manual calculations.

    10/26 • 119 • Lifted weights.
    10/27 • 119 • Played 2 sets of tennis.
    10/28 • 119 • Played 3 sets of tennis.
    10/29 • 119 • Played 1 set of tennis.
    10/30 • 118 • Ran 3.5 Miles. 1050 cal.
    10/31
    11/01
    11/02
    11/03
    Average: 118.8

3.5 miles ~ 5.6 km and 1050 cal. I wonder how you are doing this. It just 500 cal less when I ran a half marathon. Even with interval running I don't burn so much energy. Is there a secret?

@timofeeva1213, I thought the post indicated 1050 cal. were consumed for the day.
