@rainykatie It's not whining, you're frustrated and looking for answers. We get it. When you say "I may be eating at maintenance at worst..." I have to ask are you or aren't you? What are your daily totals and weekly averages? What are the macro and sodium totals? Example photos attached.

11/04 - 157.5 went up 2 pounds. Uuugghh! I knew it was going to be up. Yesterday I stepped in the scale and saw 155 for the first time. Officially down 20 pounds, so I overindulged and treated myself with a lot of food and a couple of beers. My biggest problem is I love to celebrate anything and everything with food and beer. Lol, had an amazing dinner with my hubby and probably had 1 to many drinks. Well worth it, no regrets, but trying to learn how to balance my celebrating. Drinking lots of water and back on track today. I’m sure it will be back down by tomorrow or the next day.
11/05 - 157.0 still up 2 pounds from Saturday, but the weekends are the hardest for me. Had a couple beers last night watching the game with my husband and pretty much just lounged all day. It was actually a very nice day. For some reason the older kids were home and decided to hang out and watch tv with us for most of it. Very unusual that they are home on the weekends. They wanted to order pizza, so we agreed. I had one piece and ate a salad. Drinking lots of water today and will stay in calories. Being at work really helps me stay on routine. Hopefully tomorrow I will see 155 again!

11/04 - 71kg kg No plan the last few days, so this isn't suprising. Actually, reading back, I overindulged most days in the last round.
I have no real plan for this round as I'll be traveling and settling in. I will buy food&body scales, find a gym, running routes and a routine for lunches etc in this round. It is frustrating that just 10 days have undone the last few weeks, but I will not let that discourage me.
11/05 - 71kg Finished my 5-10k programme this morning - about 1.5 months later than originally planned, but it's done now. Will start a new programme this week, once I determined when and where I can run.
No logging today or tomorrow due to travel.

11/4 Sunday: forgot to weigh-in. Weekends are a struggle for me to stay on track
11/5 Monday: 193.4 I am up 0.7 from Saturday which is not surprising considering my weekend. I really need to get a weekend routine so that I am not in a total free-fall. Still lost 2.2 for R57, so I am happy about that. Back on track and ready to go for the week. My mini goal is to not buy breakfast or lunch at the cafeteria at all this week and pack my food.

I love this idea. I am newly reengaged with MFP and I need some motivation. I have new knees this year and can't allow them to be an excuse for inactivity any more! I can't run any more but I can walk and do lots of other exercises.

11/04- Couldn't weigh in this morning because I was at grandmother's house! I did go to a wedding party yesterday but half of my plate was salad and I only had a little bit of rice. The rest was sabzi (cooked spinach) and protein. Pretty proud of controlling myself tbh. Nonetheless, rice does make me retain water so maybe weight went slightly up (but I don't feel guilty at all because I haven't had rice in a while so I'm proud of myself and being reasonable!). Had a light salad for lunch which was satiating, delicious, and calorie-appropriate so will be under calories today so hopefully that'll help undo any damage due to yesterday but we'll see. Won't beat myself up if not, but staying focused the next few days.

@jerier thanks for the input. When I say I "may" be eating at maintenance at worst, I say that because I've had a couple of days when I've been close and I know that calorie counting never is entirely accurate. I exercise a lot, and while I do have a heart rate monitor it sometimes is not that accurate with certain types of exercise. So with those two factors there is a possibility that even though I've logged a good deficit, I may be closer to maintenance on a few days but I definitely don't think I could be that much over that I've gained that much weight.
I'm on the slow and steady plan and I'm not trying for anything drastic. I'm happy to lose 1-2 pounds a month.7 -

Day 02. 11/05 297 lbs (up 2 lbs). I had a customer computer emergency day. An electrician was out at a store and managed to short the power to the local Linux server. Which would then not reboot. I would up pulling an all-nighter to recover the server and replace it with an old machine while a new unit is configured, licensed and installed later this week. No sleep 'til Hammersmith (4 hours after I got home at 8:45am but I feel like I had none). Way too much caffeine. Some less than stellar eating options. Draw a line and start again, recognizing that my goal of down 4 lbs this challenge might now be our of reach.

11/4 - 158.6 Rested today after doing drills yesterday and straining my shin. Went for a three mile walk. Ate like crap but still kept under my goal calories.
11/5 - 157 Monday is my busy day at work. Started out with Whataburger and ended up with veggies and rice with enough soy sauce to be insanely unhealthy. Managed to stay under my calorie goal though barely. Need to down some water to try and flush out some of this sodium.

I'm back! I went to a naturopath and feel much better. She gave me some digestive enzymes, just to help with the uncomfortable and heavy feeling I've been having lately and the enzymes are definitely helping. I am waiting for the results of the food allergy test and when those results come back in a couple of weeks, I am going to go over the results with the nutritionist and make a game plan on what to do. I am also going to see my PCP this Friday just to make sure there isn't anything more, but based on the fact I am starting to feel better with the enzymes I definitely believe there are food allergy/sensitivity issues.
11/4--218.4 Joined the gym last week and started Strong Curves. Went to the gym this morning and did W4D2 of c25k yesterday. Going out to dinner tonight and then taking my MIL to see Joan Baez in concert. My MIL loves Joan Baez.
11/5--220.6 Water weight from dinner and lack of water. Will probably show up again tomorrow as I took my MIL out for breakfast and did not drink a lot of water today. I will be travelling for a presentation tomorrow, so my schedule will be out of whack for another day. Even though it was my day off today, I got up early and went to the gym.

11/04: 67.5 - More than expected. Yesterday was a big day. My calorie intake looks ridiculous, but then I did have 4 1/2 hours on the judo mat. Was grading (got 20 points, woop!) and then squad training afterwards. And boy does my body feel it this morning. Everything hurts. And I seem to have gained a couple of interesting bruises (mostly on my shins). Hoping to keep under my burn going forward
11/05: 68.4 - Okay I wasn't expecting that. I mean I was, but not nearly that bad. Yesterday I went to a relative's birthday party, and there was plenty of food all the time (seriously, every time I turned around there were more nibbles, and I do have a problem with nibbles.) Dinner was curries (which I love to pieces), but I picked myself a small bowl and didn't overload it and I was honestly stuffed afterwards so I'm glad I went for the smaller size. Muscles still screaming this morning, so I'm hoping that's the reason for the enormous jump on the scales. I'm certainly feeling a little more puffy than usual, so I'm 90% certain everything is retaining water right now. Ended up slightly over maintenance calories which is annoying as so far this week I would have been in deficit every day, however it wasn't much, even with some fairly generous dinner allowance calories, so I'm still reasonably pleased with the whole situation.
11/06: 66.8 - And there it all goes. YaY! Yesterday was a mixed bag, I spend most of the day so very hungry. Mostly because I just didn't eat enough food in the morning, and then my lunch was laughably small, so I had to eat some chocolate to bump up the calories and kept myself distracted when I got home so I wouldn't want to eat all the food before dinner. Ended up keeping myself under my calorie goal, and then I went and judo-ed in the evening, something I didn't eat back any of the calories for, so my deficit for yesterday was pretty good. However, I'm not hopeful for a great day today as I look to my right and see that somebody in my office made cake and sausage roll. I'm already doing my best to not stare at it. Maybe I'll just try and maintain today and eat my deficit in cake lol.
