11/04 / 238.8 / Planned ahead for a double date night last night, which was at a wine bar, so I definitely had red wine. The live music was fantastic!

11/4 – 58.2kg Worked out for an hour in the gym yesterday morning and even today morning.
11/5 - 58.5kg (+0.3kg) Was very much expecting this to happen…ate a lot of junk food yesterday way lot more than my calorie limit…this is what happens to me every Sunday! I hate it but can’t help it…went to gym in the morning today and will be very particular about what I eat today.

Beginning week seven of Keto WOE and still impressed with decreased arthritis hip and shoulder pain. Life is good!
Round 54 – SW 178 lb. down to 171.8 lb. (6.2 lb. loss) This was my beginning of eating keto and tracking calories.
Round 55 – Finished at 170.0 (1.8 lb. loss)
Round 56 – Finished at 165.2 (4 lb. loss)
Round 56 – Finished at 163.6 (2 lb. loss)

11/04 162.8 That’s more like it. Happy to be back for another round with all you (weight) losers! I ate about 2 cups of popcorn at the theater yesterday morning, and expected it to punish me, but I ate well the rest of the day. I was privileged to attend worship at my home church this morning! That meant missing a morning concert with my group, but I’ll be with them for two more concerts before this day ends. I’ll be on the road in a couple of hours. Thor, my GSD, and I are looking forward to a walk tomorrow morning.
11/05 162.8 I slept later than usual this morning. I stuck to low carbs yesterday, but, last night at IHOP, my sirloin steak tips (with mushrooms & onions) and spinach and broccoli sides was a larger meal than I’m used to eating. I guess it didn’t hurt me, unless it shows up tomorrow. At the moment, rain chances are low, so Thor and I are heading out for our walk.

11/04: 196.8 -- I don't know what's going on with the scale. I have not been the best with my eating, but I have still been logging and exercising like crazy. I may have been eating at maintenance at worst, but to gain over 4 lbs in 10 days??? I'm struggling with how that is possible.
11/05: 197 -- WTF. Since August, I have gained 8 lbs after losing 15. I don't know why the scale keeps climbing. Just 10 days ago I was 192 something. I can't believe how close I am again to 200 after declaring myself done with that forever. I thought about not participating in the 10 day challenge this time since it's depressing to weigh myself everyday, but I REALLY want to get a hold of this thing and turn this around. So, I will keep at it. Sorry for whining! I'm going to go to the gym at lunch today and eat within my calories.

@rainykatie It's not whining, you're frustrated and looking for answers. We get it. When you say "I may be eating at maintenance at worst..." I have to ask are you or aren't you? What are your daily totals and weekly averages? What are the macro and sodium totals? Example photos attached.

I would like to be at the bottom of the 150’s by the end of this round. Starting weight is 155. Would like to be 153.

11/04 - 157.5 went up 2 pounds. Uuugghh! I knew it was going to be up. Yesterday I stepped in the scale and saw 155 for the first time. Officially down 20 pounds, so I overindulged and treated myself with a lot of food and a couple of beers. My biggest problem is I love to celebrate anything and everything with food and beer. Lol, had an amazing dinner with my hubby and probably had 1 to many drinks. Well worth it, no regrets, but trying to learn how to balance my celebrating. Drinking lots of water and back on track today. I’m sure it will be back down by tomorrow or the next day.
11/05 - 157.0 still up 2 pounds from Saturday, but the weekends are the hardest for me. Had a couple beers last night watching the game with my husband and pretty much just lounged all day. It was actually a very nice day. For some reason the older kids were home and decided to hang out and watch tv with us for most of it. Very unusual that they are home on the weekends. They wanted to order pizza, so we agreed. I had one piece and ate a salad. Drinking lots of water today and will stay in calories. Being at work really helps me stay on routine. Hopefully tomorrow I will see 155 again!

11/04 - 71kg kg No plan the last few days, so this isn't suprising. Actually, reading back, I overindulged most days in the last round.
I have no real plan for this round as I'll be traveling and settling in. I will buy food&body scales, find a gym, running routes and a routine for lunches etc in this round. It is frustrating that just 10 days have undone the last few weeks, but I will not let that discourage me.
11/05 - 71kg Finished my 5-10k programme this morning - about 1.5 months later than originally planned, but it's done now. Will start a new programme this week, once I determined when and where I can run.
No logging today or tomorrow due to travel.

11/4 Sunday: forgot to weigh-in. Weekends are a struggle for me to stay on track
11/5 Monday: 193.4 I am up 0.7 from Saturday which is not surprising considering my weekend. I really need to get a weekend routine so that I am not in a total free-fall. Still lost 2.2 for R57, so I am happy about that. Back on track and ready to go for the week. My mini goal is to not buy breakfast or lunch at the cafeteria at all this week and pack my food.

I love this idea. I am newly reengaged with MFP and I need some motivation. I have new knees this year and can't allow them to be an excuse for inactivity any more! I can't run any more but I can walk and do lots of other exercises.

11/04 - 199.2 Had a very active day yesterday. I stayed under calorie goals but had too much sugar. Managed to not eat after 8:00 PM (which for me helps eliminate over-snacking).
11/05 - 198.8 (-.04) Have been staying on calorie goals and had a really active day at work. Just need to maintain momentum during the evening hours.
