What's the worst thing someone has said to about being overw

we were at a cookout after a soccer game - and over the summer i put on about 30 lbs.
my mom came down to watch the game.. and during the cookout she said 'you know court.. you could stand to lose 40 lbs. i mean seriously, for your own health.'
it wasn't the worst thing she could have said - but coming from my mother it had a huge impact on me!

needless to say i lost the weight!!
