    Max 30 is my fave cardio workout program. I still incorporate some workouts when I have cardio day!

    I'm on my 2nd week of Max 30. Just added Ab Attack to the Cardio Challenge yesterday and thought my death was on the horizon ;) Seriously, the beachbody programs saved me as far as my motivation to exercise. LOVE it all!

    Everything I’ve read about Max30 is that it’s tough, but a great workout. That’s what I need!

    so, the beachbody "sale" is up. a little weak this time I guess as they move away from physical DVD's. I DID grab Core de Force though. NO idea when I'll actually do it.

    Yesterday Liift 4 Days 2,3,and 4 all done one day. Playing catch up.

    Today Fitness Blender 1000 calorie workout. It wasn't, only about 600 burned.

    hmmm, looks like I forgot to post yesterday. must have been distracted spending too much $$$ online after finishing LIIFT4. so....

    I found a pretty epic looking BODY BEAST hybrid calendar online. starting that on Monday.
