    Thank you, I really needed this!! My nutrition was on point until about a week ago but Ive been slacking pretty bad and not enjoying feeling like a whale. I havent missed any workouts (even on christmas) but my food choices have sucked! Im up 3lbs, which was a whole month's progress. Im really hoping it drops off now that Im back to eating like im used to.

    I'm not even going to step on the scale for a few days. I took a five day break from logging my calories and from working out. I enjoyed the holiday cookies, eggnog, champagne, wine, chocolates, second helping of whatever I wanted...yes I am bloated and a less firm, but hey I enjoyed all those holiday parties! Today I am back on track. :-)

    My first time reading this post. Wow! Great words of encouragement to me! I spent last year losing the weight and this year maintaining. I'll admit that I was starting to worry about the upcoming holidays. Now I'll just mind my PP and pee pees. :)

    Time of year/holidays should not influence how you run your life in terms of diet & exercise says a vampire who works a job that never closes and works 90+% of holidays. Any day is a good day to pretend it's New Year's day

    This is so true. I overindulged almost the whole weekend..kids & gkids here. On Sunday, I was up 3 1/2 from my lowest about 2 weeks ago. Started back watching it closer & drinking my water, and today I am back down to the lowest again. Now to keep it going, lol. (only 6-10# to go)
