I had not taken my measurements for 2 months and I did lose another few inches all over. Even my older smaller clothes are too big.😆 Now I need a new 12 week challenge to carry me into the new year!

I thought summer would be the most challenging, but September and October have been the worst since I started my journey. I’m just glad I didn’t get a gain and keep it.! I look forward to the next challenge that @tiabirdie56 started yesterday.
