    ok and to make a little sense of the question . . you would use different muscle to pick up a dumbell vs the paper. just a thought.

    Hey that sad state is what signs my huge paychecks that I buy my healthy organic food with....maybe I should trade in the dollars for silver dollars and other coins...I think I learned on this thread that they may just be worth more than the paper version??? hmmm
    And I wonder about the plastic card I carry around...

    So many important things to think about...

    LOL is all I can say, my 4 year old knows that 10lbs of something isnt heavier then something else that weighs 10lbs... sheesh!
