Full of cake and prosecco, so yeah, today's going well. Maybe not so well for the healthy eating thing, but I've been hitting the gym hard so it's all about balance!

Happy Hump Day. Completed day 3 of a 30 day burpee challenge. 30/day, increasing until you can hit 100/day. Yesterday, I did 40 with 10lb weights.

That is awesome. I avoid burpees like the plague. Sometimes they make my shoulder hurt - sometimes I'm just lazy.

I normally try and avoid them as well, but when my friend challenged me, I could not refuse.

Got my workouts in yesterday. 45 min of cardio blast (which just about killed me) followed by 30 min of pump (strength), then did my burpees for the challenge. Yeah, am feeling it today. :)

I wouldn't be able to move after all that. Kudos to you.

Yes, I'm addicted to coffee, stopped at royal farms this morning got $1 24oz drank that by the time I got to work so I stopped at wawa next to my work and got another 24oz drank that and work has a coffee club so I filled up during the day, and stopped at starbucks on the way home, I like it black...

I never drank coffee black until I started roasting my own. Now I prefer it black unless it comes from Dunkin or a convenience store.

I consider coffee my pre workout Hahaha.

I don't drink this much though I'd be in the bathroom non stop. I also used coffee to get dairy products in me cause I've issues drinking milk
