After dinner I wanted something sweet, so I checked my food diary, looked at calories, and budgeted for some small cookies. Counted out a portion that fit my calories, enjoyed them, and didn’t touch any more. I call that a win for me- and I was still under my calorie goals for the day.3 -

I need to throw out those Hershey Kisses candy in the freezer. I get hungry between 0130-0230 every night, and this is when sugar and carbs call out to me. The madness has to stop.2 -

I'd like to jump in with yesterday's stats. I can eat an entire day's calorie allotment after dinner some days. I need the accountability to correct this.

Lots more days in the month to win. The first month I tried this challenge I aimed for more ME than LNS. This month that could be 16:15. Every day is a new day2 -
