Round 65 (my 25th round!)
RSW 179.8 I worked too hard to get out of the 10"s to let this go on any longer.
1/13 178.2 partly water woosh, partly late weigh in - still a long way to go to get get back to my recent low.
1/14 177.6 more woosh! So many posts! It is great to have so many companions on the journey. Its a bit like a pilgrimage, except that when we get where we're going (Santiago maybe?) we will want to stay.

Not the direction I was hoping to go... oh well, focusing on my non scale victories from this weekend as I get back into the swing of things. Managed to hit my 10,000 step goal each day and did home workouts both days (yay fitness blender)! Plus my most favourite success from the weekend was that I prepped salad lunches for the week so that work mornings this week should hopefully be a breeze. Need to work on doing a better job of tracking my food intake though.12 -

Goal for the challenge:
10,000 steps daily
Eat within my calorie goal
28% body fat
125lbs
Get active
Avoid Binge eating
Day/Weight/Comment
01/13 134.8 (30.7% Body Fat)
Comment: Weighed in late tonight so it's higher. I started working out tonight and sticking to my calorie count range. When I workout or do something active it does help me from binge eating. When I do binge I just get depressed the next day and feel the pains of bloating in my body. Like this morning.
01/14 132.6 (31.1%)
Comment: I almost didn't workout today.
But I'm so glad I did go out and get to the gym. Did a spinning class and got a decent workout done.
Then when I got back to my place I saw my dentist who got me to join the monday zumba session. Hahaha she really wants to let me know I can go allnout with my workouts now after 4 weeks of recovery from a surgery. Well I did the session and I feel great!
I did not binge, I ate to get enough protein and nutrients in my body. This is what I should be doing daily! Then get better and disciplined! ❤

In for round 65. A day late, but hey! I'm here.
SW- 154 (but this is high)
Goal for round- <150
UGW- 135
Why these goals:
My body feels right. Clothes feel good. And the aches and pains seem to kept at bay. I am able to complete much more when I am on point with my eating and exercise.
Obstacles:
Work stress is at an all time high right now. I've got to take the time and prioritize my healthy lifestyle so that I can keep head above water and stay positive.
What I'm going to focus on to get to my goal:
1. Water- 64 oz/day minimum
2. Exercise- 30 minutes/day minimum
3. Food- Processed sugar and alcohol free.
Day/Weight/Comment
01/13- NWI. Sledding for exercise. Anxious eating (aka chips and large quantities). I think I had a glass of water.
01/14-154. Water retention from the various processed foods over the weekend.

Round #65 My Round #11
Female/49 years/Missouri
Round 55 thru Round 64 *-12.53
Round 65 * TBD
OSW - 213
CW - 178.6
RGW - 177.6
UGW – 135
1/13 178.6 I’ll take it. I’ve had no power since yesterday around 1 pm. Missed the Chiefs beating the Colts! Go Chiefs!!!! Instead got a 2 mile walk in just around the neighborhood. It was beautiful. A lady stopped me to ask if I needed a ride. I thanked her for the offer, explained that I was just walking for the pleasure of it. She just nodded her head and drove off. This morning I’m going to shovel the driveway and consider that my exercising for the day. Must conserve phone power 😜😜😜
1/14 No Scale Still now power. Used some points from all my work travel to stay at a hotel. I really needed a hot shower so I could come to work clean today! Fingers crossed the power comes back on while I'm here. There are still over 40,000 people in the greater Kansas City area without power. I know they're working on it. I did stay within calories yesterday. My only exercise was shoveling my driveway but depending on what app you believe it burned either 380 or 650. I assumed the lower number but still a good workout. My legs are sore today. I forgot to celebrate that I'm in the 170's. It's been at least 10 years since I was in the 170s. NSV due to the weather I needed to wear warm slacks and packed accordingly. When I got dressed this morning I didn't realize how long it had worn them. They're too big!!! Of course I'm stuck in them all day but it's the price of of all this and I'm happy to pull them up every time I stand up!13 -

Day/Weight/Comment
01/13--214.7 Went to the gym this morning to do some weightlifting. Other than going to Lowe's this morning to buy some wood, I will be vegitating the rest of the day.
01/14--215.8 Woke up so sore from workout yesterday, so not surprised about the increase in weight on the scale this morning and it also didn't help that I didn't drink a lot of water yesterday. Starting C25K today and making sure I get my water in today.

1/13-170 I got a good downward swoosh!!! I so badly want to get into the 160’s.
1/14-171 a swoosh up. Back in the day, in my 20’s I could pretty much lose a pound a day if I exercised and starved myself. Its a whole different ball game now!😂

01/13- 207.8. I was surprised with a gain. Last round and the start of this one really is a surprise. But I’ve been working out more than in theist few months so I’m wondering if this is muscle gain and just my body shifting. My clothes still feel fine so I’m just going to keep doing what I’m doing.

01/13 185.6 well, off to a good start. I feel like I'm in a pretty good "zone" right now with my eating. Today's focus is to drink all my water. However, I have a trip coming up Thursday and that's always really challenging to stay on track when you can't control your food as well. Automating things as best as I can for good results.

Round 65, my 2nd!
10 day goal: Stay in the 160s!
May 17th goal weight: 145
45 female, 5'5"
Day/Weight/Comment
01/13 - 166 - happy I didn't gain after eating a burger and stinking a beer last night. I stayed under calorie goal for the day and hiked with my dog.
01/14 - 169.2 - not sure why this is such a big jump... :-(
Yesterday I did a 8 mile trail run and burned 1000+ calories (so says my app). I ate way under calorie goal. Guessing this is a short term gain, I hope. Still in the 160s though! :-)

Busy work day today so the steps will be easy. The water may be challenging, but I will try hard to incorporate it. Good luck everyone on this round!

Two higher carb days in a row. I don't fast on Sabbath. Sometimes I eat more food, sometimes I eat later in the day.
1/14 - 176.2 - Really holding the fluid today. Late dinner, late exercise, unplanned snacking. 63g carbs, 57g net carbs. Carbs were: black truffle & olive oil kettle chips, ( They were calling me and I answered. Lol. I ate them instead of going to bed, but they satisfied my need for crunch and high flavor! So, well worth the carbs and fluid retention), peanut butter, spinach, salad, turkey kielbasa. On track today.

Day/Weight/Comment
01/13: 233.2 @ 5:30am - Light eating much of the day which 'justified' eating some pizza for dinner. Water intake was good and I got a nice amount of sleep! Tomorrow should be much more organized, so I'm expecting better results in terms of meeting my daily goals.
01/14: ??? - Woke up later than anticipated and started working from home right away, so I missed the weighing window I've established. Let's see how the rest of the day goes!
