Level 2 day 2 done this morning. Defintely feel my posture is better from the ab work and weights--I have had 3 c sections in 4 years and am finally feeling some strength behind it! Going to walk on my lunch break today too. I am loving this check in!2

Stay strong everyone!0 -
Half way through level 2! I enjoy these workouts but it does get a bit dull doing the exact same one for 10 days in a row.0

I felt that way too. I don’t think I did a full 10 of level 1 because I was getting f a little bored so did level 2 a day then did a level 1 then I’m back on 2 for a few days.

Yesterday I hit the excersise bike and today did another day of level 2. Feel good. Only thing I notice is at the last set of cardio and abs I almost feel sick to my stomach haha. Not sure if it’s just because I’m pushing myself or what.
Oh oh and I finally saw the scale move down! As I mentioned before all I was seeing was gains(went up 4 lbs) but today I lost those 4 plus and extra 1.6!!! Whooo!
I’m actually going wedding dress shopping next week so hoping for some results.3 -
Day 10 done!
Will take 2 days off before moving to level 2. Definitely feeling stronger!1 -
Level 2 day 1 done. Thought it was a lot harder than level1!3

I am seeing results already and as of today I have lost 5.8 lbs since I started on January 2nd.
Yay! Going for more3 -
First day of level 3! It’s hard but I like it so much more than level 23

I started the 30 day shred in the middle of December. I've been doing it most days, but skipped some with the holidays and being sick, but completed my 25th day today. I was on level 3, but did level 2 today since I was feeling sluggish but still wanted to exercise. I noticed that the level 2 moves felt easier than when I was doing that level. Hooray for getting stronger!
I'm down about 4 pounds since I started, but only really started counting calories 3 weeks ago.3 -
I’m starting today. I’ve done it before and it REALLY works— but Jillian gets kind of annoying 🤪2

We got this!1 -
I just found this group so I started much later then all of you but I just did Day 1 Level 1 yesterday. I'm excited to start this again, although I never finish the 30 days, I came close once at about 18 days. I've lost count as to how many times I've "started" this DVD, but I've got a lot by her and I just want to stick with a program and finish it for once.3

Just finished day 5 lvl 1. Hoping to see some body changes when I finish it!2

I did Level 2 again today--think my 4th day. It is a good workout! I am doing Ripped in 30 versus 30 day shred like I started. Feel it is a better lead in to Ripped in 30! I have lost 5 lbs!1

Day 2 level 1 completed yesterday, still doing good, my calves are really stiff though from all the jumping1

Sadly missed a week due to double shifts, and feeling a bit ill (I know excuses, excuses) but I got my butt to my basement tonight and did level 2. According to my Fitbit my heart rate was higher than it ever was before doing it. 🥳 let’s do this.2

Day 6 lvl 1 done today. I'm down 2# since starting the workout. I'm also watching my calories starting a week before that.1
-
Day 3 Level 1 completed yesterday. Surprisingly I am not that sore today, in fact I feel really good. This rainy weather that I am having is the perfect excuse to stay inside and do this workout today and then soak in the tub with a good book. Have a great day everyone!2

Done with 30 Day Shred.
Day One:
Day Thirty:
I don’t see a very noticeable difference. It was a fun experiment but I don’t think I’d do it again. Way too repetitive for my taste, I need more variety in my workouts.8
