Success: Had a great visit from our of state friends that we have not seen in several years. Didn't pay a lot of attention to food or alcohol consumption. Managed to get in a few 5-7 miles runs to balance CICO. Happy with just a small gain.
Challenges. Nothing planned for the coming weeks. 8 weeks before a family cruise with kids and grandkids. 10k run scheduled for end of March. Hope to drop a couple of pounds before then.
I finally finished reading through all the posts for the last 2 weeks. Great steady progress made by everyone. Good to see new participants too. Good luck everyone.2 -

Success: Worked out every day! Pretty proud of that one.
Challenges: Allergies have taken over, so I haven't felt like working out or drinking my water. And suddenly this week I got hungry. Need to re-focus and be super committed over the next week. One week at a time!4 -

MFP is designed for you to eat the goal it’s given you on average, and to eat back exercise calories. Some days can be over and others under, what matters is that it evens out.
Exercise calories can be over-estimated, so many users choose to only eat a portion (often 25-50%) but it’s important for your body to have the fuel it needs to perform to the best of its ability. You should not consume < 1200 net calories (female) or <1500 net calories (male) per day.5 -
