Just back from the Czech Republic last night, loosely logged whilst I was there, I had shark week, a lot of beer and ate out a lot whilst I was travelling and around 4 hours of flying so expect weight to come down again next couple of days. Tweaked my calorie intake again to 1500 net on Active Rest Days & 1800 net on Active Days.

Took the decision yesterday that I'm going to drop the Pole Dancing until training season for rowing is over, it was a tough choice, but it's cutting into time I could better use for Strength Training, Yoga and Sleep. It's also messing with my food planning as I'm rushing out the door after work.
Hopefully the decision will help me better achieve my goals, because the last 3 months I don't seem to have been getting anywhere. I need to get my NEAT back up and start bulking out my meals again so I feel fuller longer. I'm having a trial run at this stuff this week and will adjust as needed for March.9 -

02/22 – 192.1 – YEA! Good start. I recorded all food, drank all my water, and no alcohol (even though I really wanted a glass of wine). No exercise though.
02/23 – 190.5 – oh my. How exciting. Almost below 190. Recorded all food, drank my water, no alcohol, but also no exercise.
02/24 – 190.5 – I’m happy with this. While I recorded all my food, drank most of my water, I had 2 glasses of wine. Not exercise too, but worked around the house.
02/25 – 191.6 – Paying for the 2 glasses of wine and Panda Express yesterday. Monday and I’m back on track.
02/26 – 191.6 – Recorded all food, drank my water, no alcohol, and did a 35 minute walk. Maybe lower tomorrow.
02/27 – 191.6 again – was hoping a better number, but I did record all food, drank my water, and no alcohol. No exercise though.

02/22 – 142.5 – I had a highly stressful day at work yesterday and I could feel myself wanting to graze on the chocolates, donuts, and candy my coworkers have scattered around the office. Instead, I pulled out my bag of skinnypop popcorn and crunched away my frustrations a piece at a time.
02/23 – 143 – I had a turkey taco, a half a brownie, and a couple extra ounces of wine last night. Even though I have to work through the weekends through April 15th, I enjoy celebrating a Friday night. I was still within maintenance calories, so I’m fine with some water weight bumps this weekend.
02/24 – 144 - There's a bump! Hope it's not much worse tomorrow.
02/25 – 145 – This is why I’m here. I’d prefer to see the scale closer to 142, so I’m going to eat at my weight loss calories and drink plenty of water over the next few days.
02/26 – 144 – I ate well yesterday, but not enough water. I’ll try to fix that today.
02/27 – 143 – OK, I had more water yesterday and stayed around 1200 calories.

2/25 - 204.7 - Not bad. Super happy that I started the day with a 2.5 mile run on the treadmill. Need to track calories, and make sure to hit the 10K steps.
2/26 - 206.0, (Did not count calories, 13,227 steps). Counting calories today and flushing out the system. Want to finish this round strong!
2/27 - 205.1 (Did not count calories, 11,064 steps). Closed all three rings. Somewhat happy. Need to figure out the trick on tracking calories. I do fine in the morning, but at lunch I get all confused when you have many things on the plate (ex. a salad). Good luck to everyone today!

2/22 - 234.8 - Yeah yesterday’s WI was not a fluke it stuck!!! raining walked .5 miles, bike 20 min, yoga hand weights planks, 8960 steps, 56+oz water, track, V. GS Cookie & wine pairing party which I survived! Tracked each of the 4 cookies I ate & a total of 2oz wine with each. I’m amazed you can eat one cookie and not the whole sleeve & still enjoy it. Nice lesson.
2/23 - 235 - walked 4+ miles, bike 20 min, 17680 steps, 80oz water, track, V. Walked to the library to pick up books! Dinner out, wine, 2 GS cookies … held it together.
2/24 - 235.5 - walked 4 miles, 13778 steps, 48oz water, track, V. Lunch out yesterday and I had a burger in a bowl … interesting concept but dressing choice was not very dietetic. Baby steps
2/25 - 235 - no exercise except sporting clays, 7818 steps, 80oz water, track, V, AF. Finished off the GS cookies but held the rest of the day together.
2/26 - 234.3 - walked 1+miles, bike 20 min, 9242 steps, 64 oz water, track, V, AF. Too much frozen pizza. Remember no seconds.

02/23 196.2 not too surprised by this small gain, I did not do enough exercise and was over on my calories. Today is a new day, woke up energized and ready to begin again.

Missed the last round, but I'm back again.... just can't give up!

Highest weight: 198 (lol! So close to 200...)
Have hovered around 127-130 all year, but now I'm 135. I go up and down a couple of pounds, but I never want to go back to the "old me" -- so I'll keep trying! Really working right now at losing -- logging the foods (which I admit I stopped doing) and tracking the exercise. I do power yoga (in 95 degrees) 4 times per week, and we have a puppy -- black lab mix -- that keeps us walking and running. SO, it must be the food choices that have me putting weight back on. I'm adding in more veggies and greens, and cutting the carbs. Back to the 120's!

02/22 180.4 Um. What? I’m totally baffled. Yesterday my weight went from 177 to 179 which I figured has got to be water weight. It’s higher today. I was within calories and had lots of water and thankfully had a much better night of sleep. Aggravating.
02/23 179.8 We went out to dinner last night to celebrate my hubby getting a new job. Was only slightly over calories, but weight is down a smidge so I’ll take it! I’m still trying to figure out my calories so I can consistently lose. So far this month, I’ve managed to maintain. I know I can get this figured out, and you guys are so supportive, thank you!

TOM will start today or tomorrow and hopefully the little bit of water weight/bloating will go down (not that I feel like I've gained any water weight and I don't feel particularly bloated, the body is surprising). Either way, it'll be a relief to get it started and over with. I under ate quite horribly yesterday. Spent a good chunk of time making dinner only to end up barely eating it (felt so full after a few bites) so I need to fix that. I was sitting about 1100 calories so not terribly off but I had to force food down my throat to hit that (not sick, just no desire to eat, would rather have fattening food). Water was on track

02/22: 311.00 (-4.5) - New low, always nice! Bit surprised actually, triple checked. Due to this bad cold I'm still only making sure I come in under maintainance. Came in with a decent defecit yesterday though, so we'll see. Basically working on this week being steady. I always struggle when ill to not overeat, maintainance seems a good compromise. I updated my goals again recently, so my calorie goal changes, dropped by 50 a day. I think updating regularly so it's only small drops will be best so I'm not feeling like it's getting more restrictive in larger amounts.
02/23: 309.75 (-1.25) - Guess I'm not past wooshing after all! Still got a cold, but feeling better. I assume this is loss from the weekend catching up.
02/24: 312.75 (+3.00) - Ate nearly to maintainance yesterday, as I went very ill again, and I forgot to weigh until after breakfast. Hopefully be back to a defecit soon.
02/25: 311.75 (-1.00) - An earlier weigh was heavier I think, but I was half asleep and can't remember the number.
So with feeling ill I've just been trying to stay under maintainance calories. Yesterday I ate biscuits and cake and such, again. And I felt awful from it, both from overeating in general and what it was. I'm very much back on the bandwagon today just from how I felt, because that's likely not helping my fatigue. And what's horrifying is 2 months ago, that'd have been a pretty good day. Week, in fact. I ate a pack of biscuits over the week, I'd have eaten them in a day before. And another the next day. It's scary what I've been doing to my body, and how bad it made me feel day to day has just hit me like a truck. How much of my fatigue is currently (and has been before) because I'm not eating well? I love my body more than this.
02/26: 310.5 (-0.75) - in my British stones, 308lbs is 22st, not far off! That's a big milestone, I literally can't remember when I was last under that. Came in fairly low calorie yesterday, keeping my eating light for a bit.
02/27: 311.5 (+1.00) - I forgot to weigh this morning so this is post- lunch. Figured I may as well log it though. That's fine. Had a day about to my goal yesterday, so I'm doing fine. I'm finding these 10 day challenges keep me going, they feel like a great source of support and camaraderie - we all have different goals, some to lose, some to maintain, I think some to gain muscle? But we're all here every day. It's a nice feeling.

02/23 149.8 ~ (Steps 13,942) I realize the challenge don’t actually start till tomorrow but I need to get a grip on things here. My husband and I decided to take a drive to visit the biggest book store in the States here. We only live a couple hours away so it was a nice drive plus we stopped for lunch. Unfortunately my weight has gone up these last few days. On the bright side there’s only one way to go noe, lol. I do have fantastic news within the next week, my husband will be starting his new job, yessssssssss. This means I can get a routine back, yesss yesss yesss.

02/23 148.1 ~ (Steps 12,978) ~ I was about to get a pool session in plus a wonderful workout at the gym, hopefully today will be a repeat. Of course, now not getting enough sleep isn’t helping. Within the next few days that should be getting back to normal too, 👍🏼
02/24 148 ~ (Steps 12,366) ~ Not the healthiest food choices yesterday, unfortunately. On the bright side I was able to get a good nights sleep in,

02/22 188.0 well this is not too exciting. I am sure it is salt and water bc there is no way I ate 14,000 extra calories while in London for 3 days. We averaged 7.5 miles per day walking while we were there, too! Drinking extra water today.
02/23 187.8 Still hanging on. Mentally I'm having a hard time getting back into watching my food intake. On the last travel day of my trip I found myself wanting to eat all of the things I normally avoid (potato chips, ice cream, pizza) sort of like I "deserved" it bc I was on vacation? Self sabotaging is what it feels like now. I don't really know how to stop those sort of feelings. Then when I got home, I wanted to continue to eat comfort foods, because I was tired and jet lagged. Healthy choices seemed unappealing and gross. Now today I have my trainer appointment and I feel embarrassed to get on the scale at the gym
02/24 186.4 some water weight finally leaving! My trainer was nice and said I didn't have to get on the scale and we could wait til next week. Also had a really strong workout, went up on a bunch of my lifts, probably due to lots of calories in the bank. Hopefully tomorrow will continue the trend. Drinking water, working on getting all my steps today.
02/25 187.6 Kinda surprised to see this number on the scale. Made my workout tonight, I did go over my calories but not by much. Cardio 45 minutes.
02/26 186.6 down again. Surprised more of this weight hasn't dropped off by now but I'm sticking to the plan. Maybe I still have a chance to make my goal for this round. Got my workout in today and logging all my food.

Hooray and I had fast food twice yesterday but I didn't go crazy!! Green beans and fried shrimp at lunch and one piece of Pepperoni pizza at dinner. Cravings are gone now but tomorrow is a movie night... Ugh I always seem to blow it at the movie theater but I will try!!12 -

I mostly behaved myself yesterday, other than some cookies at UU. But we had high winds and once home I didn't want to go back out to the Y, so not much exercise beyond a little cleaning/organizing. I am a 50 year old 5'5" woman. I am trying to get healthier to avoid diabetes and all of the problems that come from being overweight.
I have found this challenge to be both rewarding and frustrating! Looking at my weight daily has been a real eye opener to see all of the fluctuations and how a high carb day will affect me and the loss for 2-3 days after. I have been participating in this challenge since Round 40 My average loss/gain since Round 40 to 63 is a 0.5lb loss each round. This was better than I expected!

02/25 - 244.8 did great today!! Over 25,000 steps, a good solid arm workout, and under calories.
02/26 - 244.6 - today was really stressful, one of my foster dogs bit a kid (said kid is fine, but still). I did not get to the gym, and stopped tracking calories after lunch 🤦♀️🤦♀️ I did pull out my exercise trampoline to get the last 2500 steps, so at least I hit my daily goal there.

My NSV yesterday is all my wonderful husband's doing. I felt horrible yesterday, my back was hurting and my cramps from tom were insane, add in that I hadn't slept well in a couple of days. Dinner time came and there was an issue that I wasn't up for dealing with. I just wanted fast food at that point. Instead the husband went out and got rotisserie chicken and a well within calorie side. I didn't have to deal with doing anything other than weighing out the food. I feel a ton better today and so very blessed to have such a supportive spouse.
