    Had to adjust strategy tonight - normally LNS starts at 8pm, but I didn’t get home from the gym until 7:57pm and there was no way I wasn’t eating after biking 8 miles and running 8 miles. So set new LNS time for 9pm and promptly shut down the kitchen at that time.
