*I measure accurately in kgs and then convert to lbs, and often have rounded lbs to nearest full number, which means the conversion is not 100% accurate.
This week's successes: Stuck to my diet, exercised 5 days, booked in health appointments.
This week's challenges: I've been feeling quite tired (not sleeping well, plus potential side effects from medication and/or diet), and lost my appetite, so feeling quite blurgh. Am hoping this will change in time.
Next week's goal: Cook some new recipes that will stimulate enjoyment of meals, and create a strength training plan, for 2 x 30 mins at home.5 -
Starting weight: 186.0 lbs
Goal weight: 130.0 lbs
Current weight: 177.5 lbs
Total weight lost: 8.5 lbs
This week's successes: I did pretty well overall. Had a great weekend trip with friends, so it was difficult to accurately track my calories. But I had fun and walked a lot.
This week's challenges: I didn't exercise much again this week.
Next week's goal: Push through and even if I feel lazy, just do it.

This week's successes: I ran a half marathon yesterday. Insanity.
This week's challenges: Get back on the horse. Stick with my 1200, drink no more than 3x this week and try for my 2-3 litres of water, 5 a day and macro-balanced food intake. I'm starting here and hopefully will build on it.6 -

Last week's successes: Did not gain wait on trip to San Francisco! Used hotel gym, walked a ton, and split a few meals with DH
Last week’s misstep: Trying to reduce the amount I drink. The number of days is increasing in march though I have been able to hold it to 2 drinks per night. Made up for the drinks in San Fran on week nights by staying dry this weekend.
This week's challenges: Continue reducing the snacking and keep my resolve to see 230 this month. Also trying to stay AF when it is spring break for my sister.

This week's successes: I managed to do a pretty good job with my eating. I also got back out and ran.
This week's challenges: I was sick with the flu most of last week, which made it difficult to exercise. I also only wanted comfort foods and lots of carbs. I did eat junk for a couple of days before forcing myself to get back into healthier eating so I actually count that as a win.
Goals for this week: Getting at least one day of strength training in this week and continuing to pay more attention to the motives behind my need to eat junk.

Successes this week: Erm...
Challenges: Well, I'm on holiday at the moment, and in a place where you get free food with every drink you order, and its definitely not going to plan. My food-addict brain is starting to come back to life, and I'm finding myself eating just because the food is there, and drinking too many sweet drinks and too much alcohol. I'm trying to rein it in, but its proving so difficult because my partner has loaded the flat we're staying in with junk food, and I'm eating it at record pace. This is my biggest challenge. He's not worried about his weight (despite being overweight), so he eats and drinks as he pleases, and I just go along with him. He also keeps trying to get me to eat more, and I'm finding it a bit upsetting. I've spoken to him today about it, but he doesn't understand. "You're on holiday", "you haven't had that much", "treat yourself", "surely there's not that many calories in alcohol/tapas/treats/etc". I need him to stop doing this, because I'm weak-willed and give in. My challenge is to get over this 'eating just because its there' thing and get back on track.4 -
I've just spotted this challenge, please can I join you? I'm on track, I've lost 11lb in the first 11 weeks of 2019. I'm now logging all food and exercise daily and I need to lose another 23lb before I can have my reconstruction following breast cancer 2 years ago. Plastic Surgeon would like my BMI to be 30 and it's currently 33. I'm on the waiting list and think op will be Sept/Oct time, I can and will do this!!! 😀
