03/14 - 156.7 I ate yesterday though probably not as much as I should. I was doing well up until he called and accused me of things out of my control (my phone fried and kicked me off facebook and instagram so I had to get a new phone, I didn't try to fry it, trust me. Couldn't afford a new phone if I wanted it) so my water intake is low. Luckily, it was after dinner so I got that in. Maybe the breakup weight will stay off even as I continue to eat better and drink more water. Ideal situation there.

Changing my life.Round 71: This round I need to stay focused on my monthly goal even though I’ll not have a scale to step back on until 3/26! The number of the scale moves up and down whether or not I'm stepping on it daily for the reminder. Reminder to self to continue tracking streak, reduce snacking on poor choices, drink more water and be active every day in some way shape or form!

- Find workout routine that works (walk, bike, planks, yoga, swim, take advantage of retirement to be more active); target 70k steps per week
- Drink more water (target min 64 oz daily; start with 1 glass before coffee)

03/14 177.1 Stayed withing calories and walked 4 miles last night. It was 64 degrees and sunny after being SUPER rainy all morning. It was a great walk and a good dinner after. I had hoped to see something a little lower this morning but I guess not.
