10th - 140: I started Keto WOE and logging everything on the 5th. However, there was a noticeable lack of energy during my workouts so I decided to add in some healthy carbs before and/or during exercising. So guess I'm low carb eating for now. Will continue to monitor how I feel and tweak the menu as needed.

This weeks update: coming next Saturday3 -
@mari_moulin Can we just pause and look at that ticker sitting at 170 pounds lost?! A million woo-hoo's to you! Congratulations for getting to what your health professionals consider a healthy stage for maintenance! That is a huge milestone whether you decide to go maintenance, or chase those last few pounds to your number goal - and you deserve a moment to celebrate!
Thank you so much for your comment. This certainly calls for celebration but quite honestly I’ve really been struggling with it all.
I was speaking to my husband yesterday about it all and I put myself in such a state over it. The more I talked about it the more anxiety I got. He asked me why I was crying (I hadn’t even realized I was) and this is where I realized I may actually need professional help while transitioning into my new maintenance stage. My mind has been so conditioned to think weight loss for so many years that the thought of changing this now makes me physically ill. There are so many fears that come with it as well the biggest one being regain. If the scale doesn’t go down that means it’s gonna go up. When I adjusted my MFP account to go from 2 lb loss to 0.5 I went from an allowed 1340 calories to 1790! This totally freaks me out! Adding calories back in for smaller losses or maintenance, even if it’s only a few hundred more, must mean I will gain weight. This fear alone puts me in the dangerous position of thinking I MUST continue to lose which can lead to some very dangerous eating disorders.
Back at my highest weight I would hear about people struggling with their weight loss after having reached goal or getting into maintenance and I couldn’t understand why they were reacting and feeling this way. I would just think “man why are they stressing I WISH I was where they are” but now that I am here, I completely understand. I will certainly begin to look for either a therapist or a support group to help me in this next phase.9 -

You are 20 pounds from your ultimate goal, so rate of loss will likely slow down. How tall are you? 1790 cal sound high to me too.
If you are not ready to add more calories in yet then don't.
I hope that you do find some extra support. Keep us in the loop.2 -

@mari_moulin You could also add the calories back in increments. So up it by 200 this week, see how you feel, then up 200 more in another couple of weeks. I totally get the stress you feel. I though I would be totally ready for maintenance, but as I get closer, I get much more nervous about it!
We've got your back! And congratulations on your amazing achievement!2 -

I overindulged this weekend and was expecting the worst but it actually isn't bad at all! After being sidelined for the past 5 weeks because of back issues, I started working out again this morning. Just 30min on the elliptical and I felt great afterwards! Goal is to hit the gym 4 days this week. 30min elliptical and 20min weights - starting tomorrow. (I feel like if I write it out I will stick to it so...)
