I’ve heard good things about 21 Day Fix and I’m a fan of T25. BOD is a bit overwhelming as there are so many choices! Maybe do the first 1 or 2 days of a few different ones and try and find the right fit 😉

Surgery is done. My mom won’t take me home. Lol! Says I gotta stay here (at her house) at least tonight. Getting fed!! And I just say Milano cookies. She just went to fill my scrip and get my dog. She’s bringing my Switch back too. May or may not play tonight.2

Hmm beach body thread I like!
I have lost 15lbs and was hoping for a lot more before my holiday. Got about 2 stone (28lbs) left to get off which I plan to do by Xmas!
I go away on the 11th July can any of you help how can I flatten my stomach a bit more?2
