45, add me. I practice yoga and cardio. I love to garden and grow plants. I would like to get back to cycling. Due to illness, etc. I have gained 30 pounds in the past two years and working it back off now.3

Hi everyone. I'm back. Former 1000 day streak and member of the 100 pound club. I struggle with motivation and sticking to diets. So hoping being back will help.

Loving all the comments on this thread! I’m 36 (nearly 37) and this is possibly the strongest and fittest I’ve ever been. However, I’ve been slipping back into bad eating habit recently which is why I’m back on MFP. Feel free to add me as I’m looking for some motivation to keep it going! Good luck to all the (not-so and) middle-agers out there!😊3
